First off 4 mths ago i started seeing them, and i take it they where getting bad reviews so i was asked to give a good review which is sad.. So i did which at the time was not that bad of place.. Long waits you have everywhere but when you mess with MY HARD EARNED MONEY we have a problem. I had paid off my acct that was owed had even called spoke with staff was told paid in full all was well then 2 days before Thanksgiving a large amount gets taken out from my acct.. I get the run around for 2 days from the office manager that she has to call corporate office , now mind you when she says oh ill call you back, that means your not going the hear from her. Then next day story changes. Then office manager says Ill ask the Dr if we can give you a refund. Even though was physically shown on my bank statement. He said NO because it has to come from now autodebit place not even corporate. Really before Thanksgiving!!! In the real world this is a big deal but to them its not so it has been multiple days still no call from office manager. During my visits my crown was broke by one of the asstistants had to wait another 2 wks to get another one when told a rush would be put on it, then my next one came in the girl put it in to tight after was told so now i had to live with it till i go see another dentist. To fix what they screwed up. I went for just a check up and believe this people that i needed a crown placed on a tooth that was not causing problems. I will never return .. This place needs to hire honest employees along with having customer service classes!

I would like to commend Greenberg Dental on their wonderful, wonderful service. I give Dr. Fidy and his Staff members a 100 thumbs up. Ive been a patient for almost two years. I make my appointments as early as 7:00-7:30 AM, so I can get in and get out. Every appointment is always greeted with a warm sincere smile along with great on time customer service. I was introduce to Greenberg by a co-worker of mine, and with her great experience made me want to become a patient as well. There are about four of us from my work place that are now patients. Everywhere I go, I make sure I tell everyone about the great team at Greenberg.....not to mention how much of a perfectionist they all are! Which in my book wins me over every time. I just want to say to Dr. Fidy and his team...THANK YOU for accepting me as one of your LOYAL patients...and until the next time...continue being who you are and striving for greatness!!!!!!!!!!

I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this place to anyone! My appointment was at 430 and I was not called back for my cleaning until 630. They did call me back for X-rays and to see the doctor but the doctor did absolutely nothing he looked in my mouth for about 1 minute and said I had no cavities and just needed my cleaning. Then I was told to go wait in the waiting room again! I did not get called back for the cleaning until 630!! It was ridiculous. The cleaning was like nothing it was just getting my teeth scraped no teeth brushing no floss nothing!!! It was terrible!! I would never recommend this place it was a waste of money. I went a year ago for a exam at aspen and I was told I had 3 cavities but I never went to get them filled and this dentist said I had no cavities. It was terrible!!

first I want I want to say thank you. The staff was very friendly I didnt wait long. as a new patient my appointment was at 12pm and I was called to see Dr. Fidy at 12.15pm. The dental assistant took some x-rays that didnt take long at all. I had explained my current dental situation to Dr. Fidy and he was very understanding and saved me a few hundreds( for the same procedure and quality of work) compare to a different dental quote I received. I recommend them to anyone and I will spread the word to my friends and family. The winter haven office is a bit far from me however the girls in the front office quickly told me of the office in Lakeland office( only on Wednesday) to make it easier and convenient for me. Again thank you to everyone and Dr. Fidy.

So I owe Dr Fidy and his staff a heartfelt APOLOGY and a sincere THANK YOU! Yesterday I gave his office an undeserved, bad review...long story short, Dr Fidy does care a tremendous amount about his patients, their experience at his office, and the health of their teeth. Dr Fidy went above and beyond to take care of my dental needs with a genuine compassion that more Drs should have. If it wasnt for Dr Fidy, I would have to go the entire weekend in horrible pain! Thank you Dr Fidy and staff for caring enough to call me back in to your office today and pull my tooth so I could get some relief and sleep lol I would definitely recommend Greenberg Dental in Winter Haven to anyone needing a great, caring dentist!

Dont go to a budget dentist to have your wisdom teeth removed in a factory line. I ended up with "the worst infection Ive ever seen" that started within 24 hours and progressed to cellulitis in 72 hours. An emergency dentist visit and ER trip later, I would have been better off physically and financially going somewhere that didnt rush through the surgery and deny me antibiotics. I was told there was not anything I could have done wrong in that 24 hours to cause this infection, that it most likely came from the oral surgeons end but I cant even speak to someone about it because he only comes once a week. Please, please take your kids or yourself to a better oral surgeon.

Dr. Fidy recently put two crowns and two veneers in. He also filled two cavities. I needed some work! He was skilled, his hygienists were all well trained. Some of them should become dentists! Kris, Jackie and another young man helped me at different times and all were great. I had some anxiety and they also helped calm me and just overall make it a pleasant experience. The crowns are great, the veneers made my smile more complete and Dr. Fidy even did some extra finishing touches being a perfectionist. I feel like I would have paid up to double at other places. If you need a dentist, it is worth the drive to go see this practice.

Worst dentists office ever! Run, dont walk, away from this place! The wait was ridiculous, and they set up the initial appointment as a cleaning. Upon arrival, and a long wait, the dental hygenist wasnt even there, so I had to reschedule. Visit number two was to clean and fill some cavities. When I arrived, they told me I would have to have the cavities filled at another location almost 45 minutes away. I left without even getting a cleaning. Two days taken off work with NO RESULTS! They should be forced to pay ME for my wasted time! Dont waste YOUR precious time, they dont know what they are doing here!
