I couldnt be happier with Clermont Pediatric Dentistry!! I highly recommend them without hesitation! My daughter is 7 and she has been a patient for the last 3 years and she truly looks forward to her visits! The kids go back without parents and trust me, this is the BEST system! I was hesitant the first time, as was my daughter. Every visit since she literally runs back when they call her name and never looks back at me! It is remarkable to watch these little ones walk back alone so willingly when their names are called! It is a testament to the incredible care & patience of the staff & doctors that they instill such a sense of security & independence in the kids! Everyone working at this office has always been friendly, polite & efficient. And I cant say enough about the Doctors! The take time to explain everything to you about your childs visit & their friendliness & enthusiasm is contagious! You will want to hug them goodbye! Lastly, the waiting room such a wonderful experience for the kids! Jungle theme, giant movie screen, books & iPads. Its like going to the dentist inside the Rainforest Cafe! For parents....a separate sitting area with big screen tv where you can watch HGTV and charge your phone at the "Cell Phone Charging Station"! If you forgot your charger....no worries! The office provides a variety cell phone chargers & plenty of them!

Oh My Goodness! Where to begin?!? This was our first visit to see Dr. Russo and I was nervous about bringing three kids at once (one only 12 mo) As soon as we stepped through the doors, I knew our visit was going to be great! The waiting area is extremely warm and inviting with tons of fun animals popping out of the walls, toys, books and a movie playing on the biggest TV Ive ever seen. My older kids were impressed with the technology to play with and baby loved all the puzzles. The lovely receptionist gave me all the paperwork and I had barely started on it when they called the two older ones back- hardly any wait time! yay!- The baby went last and Dr. Russo was awesome with him. Very calm and quick for having a screaming baby wiggle and squirm through the visit. Every procedure and every out of pocket cost was thoroughly explained to me before anything was done so there no surprise fees. ALL of the staff were patient with me (three kids at once is crazy!) and were very pleasant and engaging. The exam rooms, waiting room and restroom were very clean too. Im highly impressed with our experience and love that my kids are already talking about their next visit! Thank you for the great care!

Dr. Russo and Dr. Jensen are both amazing with my children. Our children enjoy their visit and are not hesitant at all to walk in the door for their appointment. Before we moved to Clermont, we visited another pediatric dentist in Orlando. It was a struggle to get them children in the door and back into the cleaning room. At Clermont Pediatric both my 6yr old son and 8yr old daughter are eager to see the dentist! The decor is very inviting and the technology at the office is top notch. My extremely timid 6yr old is comfortable going back into the procedure room by himself. The doctors discuss treatment options with both myself and my children, stressing to them the importance of brushing and flossing as well as demonstrating techniques. The front and back staff are friendly and courteous. I cant say enough great things about Dr. Russo or Dr. Jensen and we are so fortunate to have them in our community!

My son had been going to Clermont Pediatric Dentistry for around 18 months or so before I became suspicious of the fact that I was being told he needed fillings every other time we came in for a check up. After our last visit I was told he once again needed fillings. I decided to make an appointment with a different dentist to get a 2nd opinion. I went into the new dentist appointment with a completely open mind and even told my son there was always a chance he did in fact have cavities that needed to be filled, but I just wanted to be sure. Well, it turns out my son did not have any cavities, and there was no need for any dental work to be done. In fact the hygienist and dentist both said his teeth were perfect. I am very disappointed but also glad I followed my instinct. I would not recommend this practice to friends or family.

BY FAR the best pediatric dentist I have ever taken my childrent to! As a mother of 5 ranging from 13yrs to 1 year old, I have been through a lot of dentist trying to find the right one to meet the needs of all my children. The Drs. at this practice are so friendly and thorough. The atmosphere is amazing and brilliant to make kids feel at ease. The front desk staff and the assistants all have this perfect welcoming demeanor that you rarely see nowadays. Each of my children actually ENJOYED their appointments and they arent afraid to go back! My 3 year old cried in the parking lot wanting to STAY at the dentist! Lol From the waiting room design to the tiny toilet in the bathroom for the little ones, this place amazed my kids and the staff and top notch excellent care my kids receivedo amazed and impressed me beyond what I can express.

First appointment was a SUCCESS!! This was our first time visiting this office that came recommended by our pediatrician. It was also first time dental visits for 2 of my boys, ages 10 months & 4 and it couldnt have gone any smoother. I will admit I was a little worried about them taking my 4 year old back without me but he did great! Everyone was friendly and warm which helped my nervous 15 year old relax and get through his appointment . The dentist was kind and welcoming, and explained everything to me that had taken place during the visits. My 4 year old already asked when is he going back? He even thanked me for a fun day! Who would have ever thought that going to the dentist would be considered a "fun day"! So happy that my anxiousness was for nothing and that we have finally found a great office for our kids!

Very impressed by Clermont Pediatric Dentistry!!! We came to this practice after our pediatric dentist informed us that they were no longer accepting our insurance. I was disappointed but now I realize that it was the best thing that could have ever happened to us!!! The dental hygeinist spent time educating my son on how to properly care for his teeth in a way that made perfect sense to him (a first)! Afterward, she and the dentist met with me to discuss any findings and the proposed treatment plan and referrals. This was done in a quiet room with a visual aid of my sons x-rays. My 10yr old boy was very pleased with the staff and the environment and is looking forward to his next cleaning!!! Thank you, Clermont Pediatric Dentistry, for displaying how a practice of your nature should be run!!!

I have two girls, ages 5 and 7 and they LOVE going to the dentist here! Not only are Dr. Julie and Dr. Alexandra extremely talented and brilliant dentists, they are also very compassionate, sweet, and caring individuals. All of the staff are very friendly, upbeat, attentive, and are always smiling. The office is very clean, affordable, and is decorated in a way that makes my kids feel like they are going somewhere fun and not actually the dentist. My daughter has also never complained of any pain during dental work. As a child, I had horrible experiences and memories of the dentist so Im so happy that my kids have it very different and actually get excited to go see Dr. Julie, Dr. Alexandra, and the rest of the staff.
