Waited 2 months for an appointment first thing in the morning so I could get to work on time. They call the day of & tell me that the appointment needs to be rescheduled because the hygienist was sick, which I completely understand... however, the next available appointment at this same time, is almost three months away, seriously?! Why am I suppose to wait another three months because your hygienist could not come in? If they are this disorganized with scheudling, I cant imagine how they run the rest of their office.

Love this place. Theyve changed my smile and did it quickly with the utmost care. The doctor is fantastic and the dental assistants are funny and nice. Everyone seems quite competent. I drive well over an hour to get my braces done here and its worth it. Thanks, Royal Oaks!
