I was very let down by Dr. Erins practice last week! My child had a dental urgency. After being told we could come in at 11:15 and driving an hour (for a 5minute procedure), I found the doors locked and lights off but employees car still there! The husband/office manager, Ross, argued with me that he said 10:15. He told us to come back Monday, 4 days later...they were closing early! He knew my child was in pain with an appliance his wife had made!!! Ive never seen a doctor turn someone away like that! He knew another dentist would not touch Dr. Erins appliance and didnt care. If they really provided "exceptional care" and "treated my child like their own" with their "dedicated team" as they claim on their website this would not have happened! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

We had an awesome experience at Dr Erins office!!! My 3 year old twins had a great visit w/ Dr. Erin and her staff. They were all so patient w/ both of them. They let the kids look around the office, play in the play area and get used to their surroundings. When it was time for their cleaning, they jumped right up on the table. The hygienists let the twins hold all the tools, wear cute sunglasses and help out with process. They had a great time at the dentist office and talk about going back ALL THE TIME! Every time we drive by, they wanna go in! Sounds crazy but it is the truth!!! I can not say enough positive things about Dr Erins office. ALL of the staff are super nice and very helpful!!! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a pediatric dentist!!

My family has been coming to Pediatric Dentistry of Lakeland for 3 years, and we ALL LOVE Dr. Erin and her staff! We first visited after my oldest son had a bad experience with a different dentist resulting in a major fear of the dentist in general. It only took one visit to ease his fears, and when it was his sisters turn to go today, he was disappointed that he couldnt go too! My son has needed dental work ranging from routine check ups to in-office surgical procedures (and, trust me, everything in between!), and they have been absolutely nothing but kind, gentle, professional, and patient. Theyve even worked with my insurance company to help reduce costs of his treatment when possible. I recommend Dr. Erin to all my mom friends.

Thank God for Pediatric Dentistry of Lakeland, As a mother of 2 children, I just want to take the time to express my sincere appreciation and confidence in the services provided by Doctor Erin. As a Polk county resident of 7 years my husband and I have searched all over for the quality care, patience, expertise and genuine concern for childrens well being found at Pediatric Dentistry of Lakeland. The facility is state of the art, inviting and most of all very sanitary and clean. The staff from the desk to the exam chairs are friendly and warm. BEWARE! They do not care about children who are in need of major dental work. This is a fairly new dentist and her husband basically runs everything. They are very lax in showing care for anyone who needs major care. They take NO responsibility in any mistakes they make especially scheduling a procedure! They just basically drop your child at the curb and tell you to find another dentist when you point out anything done on their end! This shows how much they care. There are far too many experienced dentists out there to put up with nonsense. I will find my child a responsible experienced dentist who knows how to run a office.

I was very impressed with the kid friendly environment that the office and staff provided. They did a great job of being patient with my 6,4, and 2 year old. The atmosphere at Dr. Erins office was impressive. I would have liked to see a more direct talk with my 6 and 4 year old explaining cavities (they each had one) so they could understand the importance of brushing. I remember when I was a kid my dentist used to have us brush and then rinse with a colorful rinse that would stain our teeth giving us a visualization of how much we had missed. Keep up the great service!

I was skeptical at first because of the scary experience my 4 year old daughter received at a previous pediatric dentist. After meeting with Jody and then Dr. Erin, I was so thankful that we decided to change dentists for her. They were both so kind, PATIENT, and actually made an effort to help understand my daughters fears and talk her through the process of getting her teeth cleaned. I would recommend Dr. Erin to everyone who is looking for a pediatric dentist! Im looking forward to my daughters next cleaning in 6 months! Thanks Dr. Erin!!!!!!

We had a great visit with Dr. Erin. It was my sons first trip to the dentist, but the environment in the office and the staff set him at ease quickly. The visit was so great, in fact, that my son asks to go back all the time! This morning I found him in the bathroom brushing his teeth (with no prompting!). He even told me that, "Dr. Erin said to do this..." and showed a perfect toothbrush movement! The entire experience was wonderful, and we look forward to our next visit--definitely worth the drive from the South side of town! :)

This is by far THE BEST dentists office I have ever been too!!! The most amazing kid oriented setting, its like being in another world from the moment you walk in the front door. Dr. Erin and her staff are absolutely wonderful, from the gentleness, patience, and caring with your child to being informative and helpful to even the most concerned parent, like myself. My only regret is that we didnt come here sooner!!! Thank you Dr. Erin, never has my daughter EVER been excited to go to the dentist until coming to your office.

Visiting family from NC and my son had an accident in the bathtub. Called first thing Monday morning twice and left a message the second time since no one answered the phone. 2 business days later I still have not received a call back. I work at a dentist office in NC and we always return phone calls even if we arent able to see the patient so they can call someone else. So unprofessional. Its also unprofessional to give such a detailed response to a negative review (see last review from current patient). Get over yourself!

LOVE this place! My 3 yr old daughter feels comfortable and safe here. I love that they allow a parent or care giver to go with the child during their visit. I wasnt able to go back with my daughter last time due to having my son with us at the time but I think it really says something about the place and staff that my daughter didnt flip out like I half expected her too when she had to go back without me. She did great and said Dr. Erin and her assistants were very nice to her! I highly recommend this place!

I could not be more pleased with the wonderful experience we had with Dr. Erin. This was the first dental visit for my 3 year old son, and since he is my only child we were both nervous and unsure of what to expect. It turns out that we didnt need to be nervous at all! We just started with a new dental insurance plan for my son and Dr. Erin is not on the list of approved providers but that will not keep me from continuing to have her as our dentist! Thank you all very much, you are all awesome!!!!
