Very disappointing experience. I called and made an appointment (new patient) weeks before arriving from up north and the day of the scheduled appointment the office called and cancelled because the doctor was traveling with the Blue Jays. Now I understand that but now they wanted to make me wait another week for a appointment, I was in pain with a badly swollen elbow due to fluid build up which had been drained twice up north already. The really disturbing part was that as much pain that I was in they just didnt seem to care. I called another local orthopedic group and was seen immediately. I must say that the women who I spoke with at the office was very nice and did her best to get me in to no avail. I thought doctors were there to help!

One of the most unprofessional, and inconsiderate medical offices Ive ever had the unfortunate chance to visit. The staff were unaware of what one another were doing or needed to be doing for their patients. My level of care there, while suffering tremendously, was incredibly low.

Had a follow up appointment and the doctor was not there. Was told he was out seeing some sports team. Very very diasspointed I was not given the courtesy of a phone call to reschedule.
