I had been suffering with terrible sinus related issues for over a year and a half before I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Alidina and his staff. During the first visit a preliminary diagnosis was made and necessary tests were arranged by his competent staff. The problem needed to be corrected surgically, and of course I was nervous. Dr. Alidinas expertise, professionalism and caring manner before, during and after the surgery alleviated all of my fears. He was able to correct the problem and I have been symptom free for almost a year. I was so impressed with the level of care I received and have sent friends and family members to see him. Each person has been extremely satisfied with the doctor and his staff. Visited again yesterday and still am extremely satisfied with the treatment I received from Dr. Alidina and his staff!

This office was not run by professionally trained individuals. They were not pleasant, no dressed well. I went for my first appointment, they decide to raise the exam fee that was quoted to me when I set the appointment, a small sum higher. It was the idea I was a cash paying, non-insurance patient that you would think they would stand by the quote given when I set the appointment. Also the forms that I filled out online did not flow through their system correctly, which then I had to refill out forms. I asked if they were on time with their appointments and I was told.." Ill have to call the back to find out". I do not recommend this office for anything... I walked out.

Staff never introduced themselves. The receptionist said she needed a photo of me because they no longer have paper records, but failed to mention she when she was taking the picture. You identify the patient by their name and dob, not a photo. Then I got charged for a hearing test without being told ahead of time it was going to be an extra charge. The physician was nice and explained things well, but not impressed enough to ever go back.

Went in there with blood tests and xrays from 1 day previous from mease countrysideand they knew I had an infection but would not even look at results from them and wanted to give me a totally un needed hearing test. The un needed test was confirmed by my promary and the ear doctor Im seeing now!!!!! THEY ARE IN IT FOR MONEY ONLY!!!

Dr. Mallon diagnosed my severe sore throat and immediately made arrangements to perform a necessary procedure. Relief was instant and my health restored in short order. Kudos to Dr. Mallon and his staff!
