My appt was at 1:45 I arrived at 12:25 I was called back at 2:33. The dr saw me for approx 8 minutes. I didnt get out until 4:29. While in a room waiting I heard some complain saying that they have been waiting an hour and a half. At this point I had been waiting over 2 hours and 15 mins. The dr saw them before me!!! My last appt june 8th the dr was rude and personally made me feel like I was trash because he didnt understand why I was back. That day I bit my tongue. When I had been seen previously after my surgery last oct his last words to me were "call me if you need me" Well I did call in April and finally got seen June 8th. The long period of time was not their fault it was workmans comp. Dr Candelora ordered physical therapy on June 8th which still hasnt been authorized. Again I am told not their fault. Which I do believe although as a dr you would think he would follow up since his order wasnt followed. He looked at my knee and commented "we need to do something about this" He then asked to see me walk as I explained to him the it frequently pops his response was "its probably the knee cap call us if you need to be seen again" I asked about physical therapy he shrugged his shoulders and said that Id have to wait for workmans comp and that he has no say in when they will authorize it. He said hed be right back with an anti inflamatory. He did not return He had one of his staff members walk me up to front desk after giving me the medication. I was handed a peice of paperwork and was told to call if you need us. I asked about therapy and why he wouldnt want to see me after I finally get it if ever. I was told that he would read the notes that they are supposed to send. Last year when I 1st went to see him I thought he was awesome, friendly, compassionate, and a listener. His staff were AWESOME!! I understand he works for workmans comp but thats NO EXCUSE! People should be treated with the same respect. I was told today by someone I was talking to that Dr candelora is a good surgeon but when he finds out that someone has consulted a lawyer his treatment of you changes completley. So true. All I want is for my knee to be better than it is now I was oftered a nice settlement months ago but declined it because I dont give a hoot about the money I just want treatment for my knee so it gets better than it is. I went to office 3 times. Told me I needed a boot. They had them there but made me go elsewhere to get one ??? That was first hassel. First 2 appointments waited about 1/2 hour in waiting room then another 1/2 hour in exam room before Dr. comes in. I called to make an appt. for another issue and asked to be seen for 2 different issues. Was told you need to make 2 separate appts. After fighting them for 2 days telling them when I go to Dr. I tell him all my problems and they deal with them. They finally said OK Dr. can look at both issues at same appt. I was ready to go elsewhere and give up on this Dr. An appt. was made. I waited there an hour. Saw 3 people go back and not come out. After an hour I said return my money, cancel my appt. They said you should be next. I replied and what wait back in exam room for another hour ? They all went silent. Got my money back and left FOREVER !!!

Extremely frustrating. I had made an appointment with this place two and a half weeks in advance. During the setup I asked for insurance information such as what my co-pay will be and such and they told me once they processed it they would call me back with the info. After a week I called back and they still hadnt processed it yet. The weekend before my appointment, which was a Monday, they called me on Friday and told me which it was out of my budget. So I had to cancel and find somewhere else. Its not easy getting appointments anywhere these days, and when you have to wait for lazy people to do their jobs, its disgusting. Hope this doesnt happen to anybody else. (I called another doctor after and got my information right away from the person on the phone.) Learn something from this.

Dr. Candelora is an awesome Doc!! He has helped my father so much with his knees. I am a worrier so I ask a billion questions and the doctor has always been very patient with me and answers every one. I honestly dont know where my family would be without him. The office is always busy but we have been able to get into the schedule whenever we need and we never feel rushed at our appointments. The staff is very nice and the office is bright, spacious and clean. Highly recommend Dr. Candelora!

I was refferred to this office for a injury I had sustained to my right shoulder. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. candelora makes me feel comfortable and he truly cares about my needs. I appreciate that he spends one on one time with me to answer questions and concerns that I have. I am happy with the progress that I have made since surgery. I would recommend Dr. Candelora to friends and family.

Extremely happy to have found Dr. Candelora and Pasco Co. Compassionate Care. They have a beautiful office with knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. Wait times have never been long for me. They usually call me back within 15 minutes. Doctor is always understanding, listens to what you are saying and works with you to provide you the best care.

He is a greedy booger! DO NOT GO TO HIM for medical cannabis. He will break your bank with unnecessary visits and additional costs. Then when you try to get released to another doctor, they do not release you, so you cannot get the medicine you need. It is all about $$$. Go to DOC MJ. They have a real Compassionate Dr.

I am so happy with the great service I received for my knee. I am back riding my bike the next day. The staff up front were very accommodating. The care i received was above the professional standard. Dr. Candelora will be highly recommended by me. I am astonished how much better I feel already!

Portia is the star of the show in this practice. Well-spoken. Poised. Nice smile. The calm during any storm. She should get twenty stars. She took the jitters of a broken bone away. Also, didnt have to wait long to be seen. The office girls have it together. They rock.

Friend sorry to write that this Dr Office is Not responsible as Dr there office would not Talk to me for my problem for knee and when i ask for cash payment they told me outrageous fee and so i call again after some discussion they hung up my call
