Absolutely THE BEST bedside manner of any doctor I have ever had an experience with. Dr. Fullem takes the time to explain any item you ask for clarification on and then some. He is patient, nice, and very well versed on his expertise. When it came time for my foot surgery I knew I was in EXCELLENT hands, and it has been a great post-op situation as well.
