This is by far the worst doctors office I have ever been to in my entire life. Every staff member is clueless as to how to treat people. The only priority this doctors office has is to bill your insurance company and never solve any issues so they can keep making money. Every person in this office could absolutely care less about helping people. I would compare this office to a disgusting welfare clinic that you see in movies where they remove your body parts and sell them on the black market or possibly a clinic in a third-world country where flies are swarming your head and they have a dirt floor with sheets as walls. I am absolutely astounded at how an office like this can stay in business .. I suppose I should thank my local, state, and federal politicians for making this horrid level of medical care possible ... Thank you. Its 2016 and this is what medical care has come to .. doctors and staff that are as competent as a McDonalds drive-thru employee.

If I could give zero stars I would. To start with Samadder runs the place. Her whole business plan is to overbook patients and understaff the place. All she wants is your money. Kinda funny how she performs the procedures she orders in house right next door. She will send some patients in for multiple surgeries of the same procedure. Most of her patients leave with no diagnosis and too many bills. Ive personally been through over 6 months of testing and not a single answer. She books patients on top of each other so no one gets the time or attention they need. Casey and Seth are the only two in that whole place that know anything. Gregorio does her best to keep up with the load, but unfortunately is not able. The black woman that answers the phone and works up front is extremely rude and ghetto. And then laughs at peoples misfortunes in the office. Just an all around terrible place to go. Would not recommend my worst enemy to go here.

Dr. Samadder is always in a rush, and not in a good way. She has taken on wayyyy too many patients. On my first visit I walked in and there were 22 people in the waiting room and no where for half of them to sit, I waited four hours that day for 4 minutes with her. When I had my endoscopy done, her anesthesiologist couldnt find a vein on me, so she said do it without sedation or leave, so I did it cause I was already there and I had to have it done, even though I waited five hours at her surgery center before they even took me back, she couldnt spend 10 min on sedating me. It was traumatizing, and they ended up taking a chunk out of my stomach with no sedation and gave me nothing for pain. I was not a patient, I was dollar signs, and she wanted me out as fast as possible cause spending more than 10 min on a patient is too much for her.

Dr Samadder knows how to do surgical procedures well.... however dont expect much from her staff during an office visit. It seems to be a volume business and any phone call to renew a reflux prescription for example results in "you need to set up an office visit so we can re-evaluate you" even if you had been there the week before and scheduled for another visit next month. The office is cluttered and disorganized. Be prepared to show insurance cards and id every visit so they can make copies, even if you were there the day before. My last visit I had to show the assistant where to place the blood pressure cuff on my arm!

Terrible "doctor," Horrible, very unprofessional. Was eating both times we had an appointment. Was supposed to have made us another appointment, for 6:30 in the morning for a 2nd colonoscopy within 3 days of each other, and she forgot to make it, we showed up, had to wait 6 hours. Then made us an appointment for the results, found out the results could have been just a phone call. No appology, nothing. I will NEVER go back to her again! She only got 1 star because I had to pick one. She got negative stars in my book!!

Terrible doctor. I would give her zero star if I could. I had to go for endoscopy and they messed up my appointment. Had to sit for 5 hours. Then she misdiagnosed my condition. Ordered some lab tests and even though the results were all good, they scheduled an office visit just to tell me that. It seems they just make money by calling patients back to the clinic for no reason. I stopped going there. Found out that they had billed twice for the same office visit.

I have worked in the medical profession for over 10 years and this is by far one of the worst ran offices that I have ever seen. My fiance was a patient here and all that was ever done was unnecessary testing and appointments to charge our insurance company. He was never treated for jis condition and there was always a new required test in order for insurance to pay for medicine. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THE OHIO MEDICAL BOARD!

The doctor here tends to get things done but has been rude to my family a few times. Also because she double books so much your wait for only test results took me 2 hours one day. She really needs to get her head on straight I think. Id give it two stars but since shes done so much to diagnose and help my sickness I gave her a third star.

Couple month before I went with my wife for reflux.People at the front desk donot know how to check the insurance is active or not?They call the doctor"she" to c the eligibility. Doctor keeps pulling the bed for colonoscopy in OR.She was always in a rush.O my God I have never seen like this in any hospital facilities.

She prescribed 8 Ducolax tablets in addition to the 4 liters of MiraLax. The Duclolax caused shaking, sweating, cramps, and vomiting and messed up my system for months. My medical doctor says that I should never take Ducolax in the first place, even as directed, let alone an overdose.

Shes very good have had no problems with her treatment of me. Shes always professional and kind. Ive have colonoscopy procedures every other year and she and her office has taken good care of my condition for 12 years now. No complains here.

Horrible! They dont explain anything they all have an attitude. They wont listen to you. They make you wait for ever! I could write a book on how bad this place is. I am going for a second opinion. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
