Terrible. I went in and waited for an hour and a half with only 2 people ahead of me. But thats whatever. The problem is i told the doctor "i think i have strep throat and an ear infection, i get both about once a year" she laughed and said "honey thay cant happen" and i told her "well happened to me as a kid so much they took my tonsils out..so.." we moved on. She then checked my ears and "yup you have an ear infection " and to my NOT so surprise i also did have strep! It was so rude she acted like i was just full of crap yet she knew nothing. She then precribes me to take nasal spray for my ears? Ive never done that. So i asked why no ear drops if i have an ear infection. This is what she said "why would u put something in your ears?" OMG! So i called my ear doctor and set an appointment with him. Ive had 7 ear surgerys and this is a serious matter to me. I dont need another ruptured ear drumb because she doesnt know anything. Ive always used ear drops for infections. Dont go here.

I went to this location on 8/3/14 and tried to check-in at 5:20. The person working opened the door and told me she wouldnt be able to assist us because they closed at 5:30 and she was doing administrative work. I complained to the manager at CVS and they agreed with my complaint but said there was nothing they could do because they were a separate entity. If they need to "leave by 5:30" they need to change their closing time to 5:15. Very frustrating and misleading.

Absolutely terrible. Showed up as soon as they opened and there were 3 people ahead of me. When I signed in, it said my wait time was approximately 1 hour, 30 minutes. That was 2 hours, 40 minutes ago, and the kiosk says my approximate wait time is 1 hour 15 minutes. Nothing like wasting 4 hours to get an antibiotic.

Just wanna start by saying that whoever has a bad experience with this minute clinic must be angry at the world, Sarah is by far the best Ive been to very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing and talking about!! So all you peasants stop with the bad reviews.

I was there when they first opened. She got me right in, was knowledgable and friendly. Total visit was 30 mins. Very convenient to just walk to the back of the store to pick up prescriptions if necessary.
