Ive had many tests done at this location and sometimes its easy and sometimes a nightmare. They have lost my samples before. I had a blood draw that took 4 times to get it (and Ive been told I have great veins for blood draws, IVs etc). The staff is very inconsistent in what they tell you and sometimes theyre explanations for doing things just dont make since. And it depends upon who is at the counter as to what type of service youll get. They are pretty good at getting you in at your appointment time and I wont go there without an appointment. Its the closest Quest to my house so thats why I go there plus the next closest one (Tarpon) had an absolutely terrible review. They really lack customer service skills.

I have had no problems with the staff or waiting times even without an appointment. The staff are very friendly, professional and have great bedside manners. The first time I went I was the only one there and the second time maybe two or three people were there ahead of me; so the wait wasnt long at all. The staff did say it varies as far as the flux of people, so I cant guarantee that, to be safe you may want to make an appt.I have been to the one in Tarpon and that is a nightmare. The staff are not nice and they are packed. In contrast to Tarpon I would highly recommend this office. As far as billing, I havent had any problems at all. No one ever asked me for a credit card like someone posted.

Staff was great but be forewarned about their billing policy. They asked me (and everyone else who came in while I was there) for a credit or debit card to use in case insurance doesnt pay. I was there for routine blood work for a physical which is covered in full under my policy (I triple check these things) and I had to leave a $60 deposit on my Visa. So if they make a billing error whats their motivation to correct it? Wish I would have walked out and gone to another lab....

I took my two daughters 4 and 6 to get their blood drawn. Casa (I might be spelling his name wrong if so Im sorry) did a really good job and tried to comfort the little one since she cried and fought so much before she even got the needle. I think it didnt hurt bad and he did a good job and so did the assistant who helped hold her along with me since she is strong. Anyways it was great that it was only took him one time to get the blood.

Dont go there without an appointment. You can wait until forever and they ignore you. They lost a customer today. Bad Service at front desk. If the girl does not like her job and has that kind of bad attitude - she should quit and get a job where she does not have to be nice to the public. The girls in the back that draw are exceptionally good but the front desk is terrible. Its a no-go for me.

If you do not have an appointment you are treated like a second hand citizen. The one girl up front was rude and unpleasant. The hours that are offered here are sometimes and quite often hard to make when you work. Dont offer walk ins if your going to have an attitude about it. Never again will I come here.

I wish I could give them no stars, The front desk workers were extremely rude and disgusting towards me they made me feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed I left in tears. Will never be returning here for care ever. I highly recommend you go somewhere else for care. Extremely unprofessional .

Have gone here several times with no problems staff friendly and efficient. But last time they were very busy and short staffed which resulted in my bloodwork being lost as my Doctor never received the results. Had to go back and do it again. I guess we all have bad days

Ive been here before and have always thought the staff was not so nice. They are still not so nice. Now I get scolded pretty much for not making an appointment and the people who do get praised. I thought I was back in school.

Ive been having blood work done at this facility for years. I always make an appt, they are pretty good with staying on time, and the staff are efficient and pleasant.

Courteous staff, clean facility, great service! Use Google estimated "busy times" before you go. I waited only about 5 minutes before my blood was drawn.
