My cousin has been at Consulate Healthcare of Safety Harbor 3 times off and on since January. This is absolutely the most difficult place to be able to reach her by phone. Im lucky to reach her in every 1 in 5 attempts being on hold for up to 15 minutes. They tell me her phone works. When I tell my cousin that Ive tried to reach her numerous time, she tells me the phone has been beside her all day and hasnt rung. Shes in isolation, so shes not leaving the room. Ive had no problems reaching her at Morton Plant or Madonna Ptas Rehab. Whats the deal?

The staff is friendly, but my son had to ask for his pain medication, then it would be an hour or later before he got it. The staff seemed to have forgotten him. The worst thing was he was woken up by roaches. He took pictures and videos of them. There is something wrong. My next call is the health department.
