I jus relocated here and I was trying to schedule appt for my son, front desk staff ask me to wait in waitng area however all I saw was ppl eating and talking behind the glass window while ppl are waiting in lobby area,I was never called after waiting for long period of time, waiting area was very messy, No one ask if ur being helped so basically ur on ur own til or if someone calls you back..so I got tired of waiting and walked out, I will never go back there ever!!!

Very long wait, Unorganized, rude. Im from New york and I never had a problem up there, it was a very smooth appointment. But now when I go here I hate it I never want to go. they dont know how to run the W.I.C. office.... poorly managed. they try to help multiple AND HAVE YOU GOING BACK AND FOURTH. they should have the intake just deal with the one person per office worker and things would go more smoothly and faster.

Im pregnant and my son JUST turned one today may 9th and I go to take his wic to get his formula and food and they took ALL his food from him. So I ONLY have my pregnancy wic so now Im struggling at what to do for formula and food for my son this system is messed up Im so angry. NY is way better

Trying to call environmental health to get information all day! Started calling at 10:30 am on a Friday, it is now 2:30 and they are only open until 4:30. There is no operator to speak with at all and call goes straight to voicemail with no return phone calls! This is absolutely ridiculous!

There is always a long line and wait. The sick kids are mixed in with the well kids, so everyone ends up sick. The waiting room is never clean. Some of the staff is not friendly. I dread going every few months for my foster childrens WIC.

The wait is much less than other WIC offices I have been to when I was in Clearwater. However, they never ever answer the phone. To get an apt, I usually have to call the main Pasco phone line.

Very slow, disorganized, and staff isnt very friendly. Always filled with sick kids and never cleaned.
