My experience at Brecksville Dermatology exceeded my expectations. The staff was courteous and comforting to my nervous 8 year old. We did not have to wait long to see the doctor and she immediately put us at ease with her explanation of the procedure.

I guess there is no receptionist at this location, Ive called several times over the past few days to TRY and make an appointment. Ive gotten a vm evey single time. Well thats not a good sign.
