This Doctor never inspected my skin, did not take a skin sample, nor provide treatment or medication. I had a prior diagnosis of subcutaneous larva migrens from Winter Park Hospital ER (pinworms). She maintained a 6 ft distance from me and referred me to a Psych even though an ORMC psych had just referred me to a Dermatologist 2 days before. She still managed to hit up my insurance for over $225 for the 5 min office visit. As a result of nontreatment, this disease has spread throughout my entire body, my family has contracted the disease, and I am in process of dying. I have asked my Specialist for a referral to Hospice. 7 mos ago I was a beautiful healthy woman but I got bitten by a black fly. The drugs are very inexpensive, but I have been unable to find a Doctor. Now I have Lymphatic Filariasis, swollen lymph nodes, abdominal pain, GI issues, and early stages of Elephantitis/River Blindness. My hair has completely fallen out and my entire body is covered with filarial worms. Worms come out of numerous holes in my hands and feet. Sold my house to pay medical bills. I am in pain 24-7 and have spent over $100K on endless Doctor referrals. During this 7 mo illness, not a single insurance compensated Doctor has written a prescription. These Doctors are nothing more than criminals. Dermatologists should focus on Dermatology instead of trying to be part of the Psych business. It is all about kick-backs and referrals. Update: I discovered that my condition was caused by contaminated water, containing some type of flesh eating bacteria. I am currently trying to save my hands and feet. The skin is almost completely gone on my hands. This Doctor had another patient with the same symptoms; and basically kicked her to the curb. I am aware of 3 other residents who had and are considering amputations; one of whom simply dipped her foot in the lake. This criminal Doctor is well aware that there is a contamination problem in the community. She had the nerve to charge more than my insurance estimated fair rate, and has sent part of the bill to collection. If I survive my illness, I will be taking this Doctor to court.

I would give them ZERO stars if that was available. Please do not go here for your face. I went in to have my moles looked at. The doctors assistant said they all looked fine. I showed her the one on the end of my nose, that was just beginning to grow back after 35 years. It was barely noticeable to the eye. She said that it looked suspicious, so she wanted to take a biopsy (it came back benign) right then and there. I asked her if she would stay with the contour of my nose. She said Yes. She didnt! After the scab fell off two weeks later, I had a crater in my nose! I went back in crying hysterically because my nose was ruined. Dr. MacInnis said that she would have done the same procedure as her assistant, but I believe she was just covering for the terrible mistake. She said that it should grow in some. Months and months later, it only grew in a bit. I went to two plastic surgeons and they said that a punch was used on my nose, and that at least the assistant should have put one stitch put in it. They said that they would have taken out just a tiny sample of the mole and cauterized the area. They said that the filler that Dr. MacInnis wanted to put in (to puff out the crater) and then sand my nose, would not be a good idea and could make it look worse. Plus, the filler only lasts a few months. They ruined my nose! It looks terrible. Im sick about it every day that I look in the mirror. A friend even suggested that I hire an attorney. Please dont go there.

Great First Experience! After researching dermatologist through reviews and Healthgrades, I decided to give Dr. Macinnis office a try. From what I understand, this is a new location. The office itself is decorated to entice serenity. The walls are a pastel blue trimmed in white with rocking chairs and durable beach type chairs lining the waiting room; a beach type theme. I was courteously greeted, provided the necessary paperwork to complete and the wait time was very short. I was lead to a room by a male assistant who patiently recorded my information. Shortly thereafter, I was seen by Sarah who was cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable about my condition. She provided instructions for treatment, prescribed medication and offered to write down the information so that I would not forget it. Overall, the experience lead me to write this review. It was a pleasant experience. Update: My medication was too expensive so I called the office and left a message letting them know. They called me back the same day and said they had found an alternative medication that I could afford. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Have been here on 2 different occasions, both times seen by PA. They were both very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable, however my biggest concern was the staff Since the PA spent very little time with me I had questions When called back to speak to someone the staff was very short very rude and felt like I was taking up their time And for that reason I will probably not return

DONT come here ! A week and a half ago I had some basil cell removed from my back ... now I look like Frankenstein.... I have many doctor and nurse friends.... they all said it was the worst they have seen ... nice enough staff just a botched back .... it used to be my best feature
