I am six and a half months pregnant and started taking really good care of my skin with expensive good skincare products. I have spent a lot of money and time evening out my skintone and pregnancy radiance has kept my skin clear for the duration of my pregnancy, but I had some blackheads on my nose and chin that bothered me. I went into Northcoast Laser to get a consolation and Danielle decided that I should just get the $125 jetpeel that day as well as some other extractions. I informed her that I was pregnant and my intent was to go there and get the blackheads removed on my nose and chin, but not cause any breakouts. She ASSURED ME SEVERAL TIMES THAT I WOULD NOT BREAK OUT. I went home that night and looked at my face. The blackheads were still embedded in my skin. The next day and every day after, new, large, painful zits appeared all over my face. I called her the next day and the receptionist claimed that Danielle would call me back that day, but I received no phone call. Then I called the following day and she answered and told me to send her pictures of my face (which I did), and she said she would "see what she could do" and get back to me later that day or the next day. I didnt hear from her today, so I called and at 4pm and she answered. She said her manager was not there and she needed to switch phones. After being on hold for an extended period of time she came back and informed me that her manager thinks I broke out because I am hormonal. Blaming my face breakouts on being pregnant when there was an OBVIOUS DIRECT CORRELATION with the jetpeel and her digging into my skin is ignorance and stupidity. This scam of a place did not apologize or offer to refund any of the money, and now I am suffering the consequences of an appalling facial. If you would like a facial with a side of acne and lies, feel free to use the ever so reputable Northcoast Laser. *I had to click one star in order to post this*

WOW what a treat! I was given a gift certificate for a jet peel and had it done yesterday. LOVED it! The ladies at this place were very nice and helpful. The place was clean and peaceful. I had never had anything like this done before, so I was a little nervous. BUT Andrea made me feel very comfortable. She went over the entire process and was super thorough. My face feels so clean and rejuvenated. I will definitely be back to this place.

The service is quality and prices are reasonable. The staff is unpretentious and caring. They are efficient and dont try to push services or products on you that you dont want or need. They are the best in NE Ohio. I drive an hour to see Lacy who is wonderful. Cant say anything negative about them.

I went to Northcoast Laser Cosmetics for the first time last week. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I had the Jet Peel done by Lacy. She is amazing. This is the first time I have had the Jet Peel and what a difference in my skin immediately. I highly recommend Lacy.

I was the lucky winner of a jet peel!! Lacy did an awesome job! My face felt clean and refreshed! I made an appt for another one!! I definitely prefer this over microdermabrasion!!!
