The operators that work for Mid-Florida dermatology have been somewhat rude in my experiences. They are not very friendly to talk to. At the Ashley park location though the nurses have been nice and Dr. Oscar Saffold has been nice. Even though sometimes if feels like Dr. Saffold is in a rush, and trying get to as many patients as possible. I was able to ask questions to him and nurse practitioner, but it felt like he was in a rush. I had an appointment at 8:45 am, I got there at 8:45 am and signed in. I wasnt called back to the doctor until 9:00 am.

Find another dermatologist they dont even care. Just treated as no one, the doctor showed in the office for about 2 minutes, just to tell me what to use for my vitiligo even though I told him that I already was diagnosed and was following a treatment from another physician, and wanted to see if he could give me a second thought, he was in a rush I had to even tell him that I had another concern, because he wouldnt even ask if I had any doubts or questions. Too bad that not all doctors know the important the patient wellness is.

Not sure what some of the others on here are talking about, but I had a great experience at Mid FL dermatology. I didnt see a doctor, I saw the "PA" Rochelle, so maybe that had something to do with it? She didnt seem rushed, and explained everything to me before doing it. Didnt put a bunch of holes in me like some other places do too. Did a very complete exam, and was super friendly. I highly recommend trying out the PAs at these places, they seem to be less "in a rush" than some of the Doctors.

I went there to have a cyst removed on my and they dont have the doctors do it, just one of the nurses. Needless to say without medical school, it didnt come out very well. It has left a pothole scar on my face. When going back, the Dr said "yeah, thatll happen". So now I have been spending lots of money on laser treatments at a spa trying to get this scar to go away.
