My daughter visited Riverchase 3 times and had to wait 1hr to see the PA on 2 occasions. She had a biopsy that came back with serious cells and needed a further procedure. She was scheduled a month later to have the procedure done by a Riverchase plastic surgeon. After waiting 1 1/2 hrs., the surgeon decided he wasnt comfortable doing the procedure because he doesnt work on "lady parts". He decided she should see a gynecologist to do the procedure. I have worked for gynecologists and they do not do dermatology procedures! She was previously told by the PA that she would have to stop nursing her baby because she would need to be on antibiotics. We researched this and found it to be untrue. She was billed for her original biopsy because the office did not precertify the procedure with her insurance company and she was charged 2 copays when she was told she would only be charged 1. She called a different dermatologists office and was seen the next day at which time the procedure was performed in a timely and efficient manner. Nobody in our family will ever return to Riverchase and we would discourage anyone who asks us to go to Riverchase either.

DOCTOR MICHAEL LEE is the best! I have been using the dermconnect website and he is such a caring, helpful, wonderful doctor! I have seen many other doctors no one could diagnose or help me until i found doctor lee. I am so appreciative for his services and he responds quickly and has been there to help throughout the entire time! I defiantly recommend him to anyone struggling with a dermatology/skin issue he is very intelligent and will be sure to help you as he has done for me!
