Fiorenza offers a very professional and personalized experience. The staff are sincere, hands on and dedicated to ensuring customers have good experiences. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the office, the quality of the dental care I received and how personable Dr. Fiorenza is during my visit. I even received a handwritten thank you, something I havent seen in ages and greatly appreciate. Their follow-up is also very spot on and I received some great promotional benefits as a new patient. I wasnt sure if I would make the switch, but they definitely earned my business and then some. Overall, you wont regret becoming a patient!

Overall, a great experience. A typical dental office visit entails the 15 minute wait for your appointment, but I was promptly greeted and taken for my x-rays upon arriving. The equipment was up to date, the office was clean and the staff was very friendly. The dentist took the time to explain the x-rays and answer any questions that I had. The TVs with your choice of what to watch on Netflix was just another extra in a great customer experience. Id recommend Doctor Fiorenza to anyone looking for a dentist in the Greenwood area.

When I relocated to the area I needed a new dentist. My previous dentist had been my dentist since childhood...so those were big shoes to fill. Dr. Fiorenza is even BETTER than my previous dentist! I am very impressed with this office and the customer service I get from the staff as well as the treatment I get from Dr. Fiorenza. The way going to the dentist should be. They have flexible scheduling to schedule a time that is convenient for me. I went this afternoon for the first time and got xrays, teeth cleaning, and two fillings in under an hour. There was no sitting in the waiting room, and no waiting for the dentist once I was in the chair. Dr. Fiorenza is very friendly and easy to talk to. I can tell he really has my best interest in mind.

I would highly recommend the Fiorenza Dental Group. Dr. Fiorenza is a great dentist who truely cares about his patients. He takes the time to get to know you and your personal concerns and apprehensions about visiting the dentist, which creates a very personalized and relaxed atmosphere. Ive had two appointments with Dr. Fiorenza and both were excellent. My last visit was a cleaning and exam and I appreciate how careful the dentist was to avoid causing any painful sensations during the procedure. The office staff was pleasant and very helpful too. This is an amazing dentist office! I have never met a dentist that wants to get to know you first! Office was very clean with awesome and friendly staff! He got me in the same day when I was in pain, my other dentist wanted to wait for 6 more days to get me in :(. I highly recommend this office!!
