I would have given no stars if possible. Im OK with one because my first visit there I thought was very helpful. My dog has been having skin issues for six months. Ive had him to two different vets and an ER on a weekend. I explained thouroughly to Corinth Animal Hospital about his previous treatments with antibiotics (3 rounds totalling 5 weeks) and steroid treatments. He recently also acquired fleas during this season. I paid $400 for "treatment" of further antibiotics and steroids as well as some testing. All tests came back negative for whatever they were looking for and the treatment did nothing for him long term. The ONLY helpful thing was the person who gave him a flea bath was a miracle worker and I was also able to get my whole apt cleaned and washed while they had him for this. I called back 2 weeks later to see about what the next step would be and they wanted to charge me another $200 for blood tests. Now I get that this stuff costs money but I JUST put $400 on my care credit for NO reason and now they want more money. So I politely told them no thank you and have been treating him at home with allergy medication which seems to be helping a lot. The fleas have gotten under control but I still find a few living ones on him now and then. So I called today to see if I could take him there for another bath while I thouroughly clean and wash apt again... after 15 mins of trying to schedule that, they tell me that I cant because he only has rabies vaccine and not other vaccinations. But that I could bring him in to pay for those and then get a bath!! Are you kidding me? I can take him ANYWHERE else with just rabies and get him groomed... and you ALREADY have groomed him before. This vet only wants money and has no empathy for personal situations or the animal. Another friend of mine had a similar issue with payment of services here and a failure to enforce their "policies" consistently. They charged her as a first time client up front for services before they were completed and then took days to refund the difference when it didnt cost as much as they charged. They said this was their policy for first time clients but did not have the same treatment for me. As a first time client I went there and left my dog for hours while they bathed him and I was told that I could pay when I returned. Dont go to this vet and if anyone has a good recommendation that is sympathetic and cares about the wellbeing of their clients pets and not just the bottom dollar please let me know.

I use to be loyal customer, up until this past year. Steadily they became short, irritated with me calling, and did not care about the health of my dog. My dog was diagnosed with cancer, and they said they would take care of the lumps, and gave me an estimate. During the operation, I was told I would receive a call half-way through about another lump. I received one....at 2, not noon, and they said they would be taking it off as a precaution. I was fine with that, they told me $50 extra...turned out to be $100. Following couple of weeks my dog began to shake, despite it being warm. They told me to drop her off. (Never got a reason why) and they would call me shortly to let me know what steps they needed to take. After their lunch time I called, since I dropped her off at 8 that morning, I had expected a call. The receptionist rudely said she didnt know, and she would call me back. 4 P.M. I am concerned and on edge about my dogs health. I called again, the same lady told me she did not know, and to come up there in 30 minutes. By this time, I am irate, I asked her if my dog was dead or what....she said let me get the Dr. (Are you kidding me?) She comes back on and says my dogs is fine and to come up there. I get into the exam room with Dr. King, and he says they gave her a steroid shot and something else....I asked WHEN exactly was someone suppose to call me, let me know of the charges, and what was going on. HE had such a stupor expression, and said sometimes there is just "mis-communication" between the staff. I told him the disrespect and negligence was un-exceptable, especially for 10+ years of service. He said sorry, he would talk to the staff. Before leaving I asked where there charges...since I was never called...and she said $300. I was in disbelief, and angry, I asked why was it so high, and why does she think its fair to charge that, after I clearly said to call me, she said it "just was, for the services." After this I said fine, I wont bother coming back, and she just stared. For over ten years of coming there, and with 4 dogs, I would expect some kind of customer relation, and caring gratitude (Like calling your dog after surgery, or when you drop them off for the day shaking.) Nope.....they just want your money, they could care less about the health of your pet.

I am very disappointed in this vetinary clinic. I have been using them for years for treatment and boarding for my pets. I had set up to board my pets with them this weekend and pick them up on Saturday. Their hours are 8am to 12pm on Saturday. I happened to drive by the clinic and saw that they are going to be closed this Saturday. I called them and they confirmed that they are going to be closed due to an employee wedding. I asked them how I am going to pick up my pets if they are closed. They told me to be at the clinic at 9am to pick up my pets but that time schedule did not work for me so the frustrated receptionist asked me when I could pick them up and I told her I thought I could around 10:30am. She then said fine, make sure that I am there at 10:30am that she would meet me and hung up. I couldnt believe how she made it out to be my fault when clearly it wasnt. I called back and spoke with one of the doctors. I told her the situation and she did not offer me any other arrangements like maybe picking my pets up on Monday but not charging me extra. So, I simply said I would take my business elsewhere and she said "OK." They obviously do not need business and do not know how to solve problems that they create by closing during business hours.

Worst service ever!! Wish I could rate you a ZERO! Dont bring your pet here for grooming or any other service because you will get slapped with at least $100.00 vet bill plus the service requested. I refused the extra "shots" they tried to convince me my dogs needed (they see their own vet on a regular basis. I only needed grooming) so they stopped in the midst of clipping my fur babys nails and let him go home with one front paw clipped and the other not clipped. They dont care about our beloved fur babies, they only care about making money. When they called me after my dogs had already been at the office and had a shot for kennel cough as well as starting the process of clipping their nails, they informed me they couldnt finish the grooming without this extra shot that required another in three weeks. They were already at the kernel anyway...why they could finish the grooming I dont know. Be weary taking your pets here. They are a rip off!!!!
