I had a great experience at Simply Smile. I went in for a routine cleaning like I do every six months, but it was my first time with Dr. Jones. Everyone I encountered in the office was very polite and kind. I showed up a little early to fill out my paperwork and they were ready for me as soon as I was finished and took me right back. After looking at x-rays, I needed one filling and then had a previous filling that was chipped. Dr. Jones showed me the x-rays, explained everything, and offered me the option of fixing the chipped filling since it could cause issues down the road, but didnt necessarily need to be fixed immediately. I really appreciated this because Im always worried about getting unnecessary work/services done. I was then presented with the estimated costs upfront. They also had time to fit in my fillings right away so that I didnt have to schedule an additional appointment! Overall I had a great experience. I thought everyone was trustworthy and friendly and the filling procedure went well, too. I will recommend Dr. Jones to my friends!

I walked out of their office after waiting for 50 minutes being so nervous about the 4 fillings they were supposed to replace with resin -- the problem was that they wanted to replace the 3 that werent causing me any discomfort or pain, while I had another 2-3 on opposite side that were. I asked why they were going ahead with these 4 first? And the consent form I signed actually says root canal or other procedures may be required -- thats something my insurance doesnt cover, I believe. So I was also concerned about that. I was made to sit wait and wait for the dentist. I became visibly annoyed, and their assistant just asked me if I wanted to reschedule. No "Im so sorry -- the doctor is busy with other patient and he will be with you in a minute", and this was the second time I was asked if I wanted to reschedule in my few visits. I realized that was my limit -- minimal discussion of treatment plan with me prior to appointment and seemingly frequent wait times. I walked out.

Just called as a new patient wanting to make an appointment. Danielle was prompt to answer the phone, and also very polite and helpful. Making an appointment was easy and fast. I am in need of some restorative work, so Ill be sure to follow up with another review after my next couple appointments. Great first impression so far, so I am confident in their quality of service! Just got back from my appointment so Im updating my review: They did great and my teeth look fantastic! BIG thank you to the team at Simply Smile! Lindy was a wonderful dental hygienist, very thorough and informative, and Dr. Bacon is very professional and does a great job making patients feel comfortable. I didnt get her name, but the lady that did my fillings was very sweet and gentle as well. They seem to really care about their patients. I highly recommend them for dental care!

I never write reviews for places, but this experience was so incredibly offputting that I felt it was my duty to warn others. I was looking forward to going to this office after a long bout of procrastination. It took me a month to get a hold of anyone (I left messages, never to have them returned) and THEN when I got ahold of someone, they put me on hold 4 times and let it ring until it went to a messaging machine or just plain hung up on me. (The last woman I spoke to definitely hung up on me.) I decided I didnt want to feel like a fool any longer and looked elsewhere for a dentist and am now a customer of Advanced Family Dentistry. They answered the phone promptly, were rude at all and made me feel comfortable and listened to. I will tell everyone I know not to go to "Simply Smile" because they simply suck.

Today was my first time to see this practice. I showed up seven minutes early to fill out paperwork. My appointment was for 9:00. I was fully checked in and ready to be seen at 9:07. At 9:30, I finally gave up and left. I took an early appointment so running late would not be an issue. How could they be running at least 1/2 an hour late this early in the day? Plus, a woman that came in 15 minutes after me was called back before I left. I told the receptionist why I was leaving and I just got a blank stare and a quiet sorry. She could have at least offered to go back and see how much longer it was going to be. I will never go back and will let people know about my waste of time experience.

Ive had a few crowns over the years and Ive NEVER seen it done better than Doctor Bacon. I love the painless dentistry practices and, after having two crowns within a month done at Simply Smile, I have found Dr. Bacon is extremely skilled. I also love that they make the crown in-office so it is just one appointment. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bacon at Simply Smile.

I switched to Simply Smile a little over 18 months ago and have been extremely happy with all aspects of the office; the receptionist is very prompt and professional, the dental hygienist is gentle and kind, and - best of all - both dentists are engaging and knowledgeable. I clearly made a good choice when picking Simply Smile.

Simply Smile provides great service. Within the past 3 weeks I have had 2 chipped teeth. Simply Smile repaired each one on the same day the damage occurred. When they replaced my old fillings and filled recent cavities all the work was done in one visit. Great model of modern dentistry as it should be practiced.

I had a terrible experience. I was told extra services were necessary, and they promised that the cost was covered by insurance. Both were false. This is a common scam to increase revenue. They wasted my time, and exposed me to unnecessary risk. Now, Im in an ongoing fight with a collections agency.

Just have clean for my daughter today drop her off and pick her up for not even 15mnt and said do some X-Ray and somthing else for $195.00 its that make sense? ?? I might be no have insurance :) but its ok fo my experience should ask first everything before do something
