Rude as can be front office lady...who treats people as though we are Cattle. Time frame to wait in office is over an hour. And once you are back in the blood drae area its around 20 minutes.. Horrible customer service. They should be investigated and put under New Management!!

Got there early for my lab work to be done. Sat there for about 35 mins and no one has been called to get there labs. No point of making an appointment if no one wants to work.
