Well- Phlebotomy skils- Not bad. Everything else- Bad. The guy Isaac who usually works there is unfriendly and rude. First time I went there to have Timed Glucose Tolerance test, He was very rude to me while asking to avoid moving. Second time, they had missed my lab order and refused the service. I asked them that order is in their system and he just need to get it from there and but refused to help. I had to make my doctor call and complain- thats when he decided to actually log into his system and get orders from there. Overall, staff hates their jobs and are not sure why are they sent to this world. Rude, sad and grumpy. I still go there as wait it 50 mins vs 1.30 hours at other branch.

I am afraid of needles and cant look at it being put in my arm. I could not feel it when Isaac put the needle in. I only knew because he asked if I was ok. He is the MOST gentle phlebotomist I have EVER been too. Usually there are 2 people at service centers like this. Every time I have gone in, Isaac has been working alone at this center. He has gotten bad reviews on the internet, but he does NOT deserve them. I almost did not go because of this bad review. For working alone, he is very fast. Sometimes he is even faster than those where there are more people working. It is better to go before 9 am when it gets busy.

This is the absolute WORST quest diagnostics branch I know. Theres usually only one employee doing everything (reception, lab work, paper work) and it will take FOREVER to get your analysis done. It just took me 50 minutes to do a simple blood exam. AVOID this place unless you have nothing better to do with your time.

I usually go to LabCorp but was nearby so stopped in. There were a few people in the waiting room but decided to stay anyway. Its going on 56 minutes now. If you need to go here, make an appointment. Terrible.

Is it seriously impossible to call and talk to someone? The automated phone line literally does not have a path to an actual person. Do these people not have phones in their office!?
