Horrible old aged staff with no understanding of how to the simple payment system. Behave as if they are doing you a favour or as if we are getting this service for free. After sample collection is done we have to leave sample in the room and they come and scold you that they cant find the sample...!!!! I mean seriously? Also, Do not know how to use HSA card for payments and forced my wife into paying from other credit card. Would not even let her talk to me for such payment issue. 5 minutes later I try to explain but they just dont want to even make an effort to help you. I have never seen place with such rude attitude towards customers. Very disappointing experience. Definitely wont go there again. Also talking to my doctor about this experience make sure she finds better facility to refer to.

Frighteningly incompetent staff. My test required a large blood draw after fasting. The phlebotomist did the blood draw with me sitting up instead of lying down (even after remarking that this was quite a large draw). She didnt stop the blood draw when I reported feeling sick and faint, and shortly after that I passed out and went into convulsions. I could barely walk after the incident, but the staff seemed much more concerned with downplaying the whole thing and getting me out of there ASAP. I had to call a friend for a ride home, and slept for the rest of the day to recover.

I was finding it hard to pick a Quest location based on the Google reviews since they were all so poor. This one, however, was a great experience. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, as was the person who took my blood. She even distracted me with conversation during the drawing. I went on a Thursday at 1pm and there were only a few other people there, nobody was waiting.

They dont know what they are doing. They gave me a bag with containers for a sample. "The instructions on the bag". No! The instructions are lame, general instructions. I have 4 containers and what Im to do? So I tried to call. They have the phone system set up so no one in person can answer question. This outfit is a joke. Im sick of Quest Labs.

Largest staff lab that Ive been to in the area. In and out in an hour without an appointment. However, no care for patients. Ive wasted an hour on 2 separate occasions because they dont track standing orders for expiration or request replacements for you like a pharmacy would. Really not their problem but it makes for terrible customer service.

June 16 2017: I had an easy and fast experience, I popped in at 7 am. Signed in on a cool IPAD and had my blood drawn within 5 minutes. The staff greeted me and asked me how Im doing and I think this place was an easy and great experience. Highly Recommend it.

Ive been to a lot of facilities. This is by far the crappiest place Ive been to. Walked in and walked out. The staff are pathetic... your not doing us a favor by working.. miserable and pathetic attitude. Im sure there are plenty of other places to go.

I have been here numerous times and they are soooo slow. Its always packed within minutes of opening with a minimal staff.Phone kept ringing and ringing which answers my question why they didnt pick up when i tried to call.So unprofessional.

Looooooong waiting time. Event with an "appointment" and with the waiting room almost empty we had to wait for an HOUR. Would recomend looking elsewhere for tests.
