This office is the worst place to have blood drawn or other similar services. Espiranza is one of the meanest and incompetent women working. Its clear that she doesnt like her job. The patients who come in there might not be in the best health and could use a little kindness and a smile sure wouldnt hurt. The majority of the women working in there go out of their way to be snotty. Public health isnt the place for that. On several occasions they havent done all the blood tests that were ordered by our doctor which have caused a huge inconvenience for my ill son as well as our doctor. Our doctor visits are in Sacramento so we rely on them being done correctly so our trips are not wasted. My sons health condition is a bit delicate so the accuracy of the blood testing is critical as well. On every occasion there is at least one screw up. We have found that the only way to have accuracy is to double or triple check everything they do. Thats not easy when we dont know their job. They get irritated when you question their procedures and I think they purposely make even more errors. PLEASE be careful if you are dealing with this office and your healthcare is crucial.

I can only imagine that the review criticizing this establishment was due to her own attitude, as I have experienced only a professional approach with myself, and I would single out Espiranza as efficient, friendly and does not conform, as with other staff, to the description portrayed by the previous writer. Well done Quest at Cohasset, and I appreciate the service.
