We arrived for a specific blood test for our son prior to our doctors appointment this coming Monday. We were told they had not received an order from the doctors office. I asked them to please double check as I had been on the phone with the doctors assistant as she was sending the order. They did check again but stated that the doctors office was at fault as it was not sent. I received a call from Quest (just after they closed) saying they had found the order on the desk when cleaning up to close. She said they had called the owner to see if anything could be done, but could not as the courier had already picked up for the day. They did say they were very sorry and not to blame our doctors office as the order obviously had been sent. I do appreciate their call and honesty, but it does not make up for the delay in the diagnosing and treatment of our sons pain (not to mention the need to reschedule with a very busy doctor and the need to request additional time off from work to make these appointments).

Im not sure if it crossed the phlebotomist or lead receptionists mind, the situation that would cause us to collect feces from our two year old daughter after traveling to UC Davis Medical center. Im hoping not, because the treatment my husband received was abhorrent. Maybe much of what they see is mundane, but customer service is certainly a lost art in this workplace and sensitivity and empathy are clearly non existent. Find a different place to have your blood drawn. Lord knows we will from here out at all costs.

I went in after 3 pm without an appointment and was the only patient at the time. I had to wait a minute or two at the counter to be helped, but as soon as I was, the process was very quick. Kim was very friendly and professional. She took down my information quickly and I was brought back to the patient room. I was in for a blood sample and this was the quickest and one of the least painful blood draws Ive had done. I was in and out of the patient room in less than five minutes.

HORRIFIC!! when I checked in I asked the receptionist if I could have water, she said yes. Then when she checked in my paperwork she noticed one test said no water!!!! After a 45 min wait, I couldnt take my test. I was upset thats she couldnt just say "I dont know until I see what your tests are". I was upset, asked to speak with a manager. She said there is no manager, and that she would refuse to see me. WORSE SERVICE EVER. NEGLIGENT! NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!

The people that had bad experiences must not have been helped by the same person that helped me. I thought she was very personable. And she had no problem hitting my vein, which is a big deal cuz my veins are very difficult. Quick and painless. I didnt catch her name, but she was blonde with a pony tail.

Was REALLY understaff and rude and the lady at the desk proceeded to have a arguement match infront of everyone with a guy who was waiting there hours to be turnt away. I have never seen people who truely did not appreciate their job or been to any place like this. Honestly will never come back here !

I dont think the woman at the front desk likes her job! With a snide affliction in her voice, she greeted me with, " we have many people waiting this morning!" What does that mean? So naturally I went some place else!

When I went it was close to closing, and the technician was not in a good mood (which she made very obvious) but otherwise it was quick, easy, and location it better than the other offices nearby, for parking, etc..

Wanted to make an appt & was given a buisness card & told to call ph # listed? After 15 min of following voice prompts I said screw it! Are you kiddin me? Quest - COPY THIS: You dont have the only game in town!

As a provider, I will never recommend this lab to any of my patients. Tried call at least 7 times this morning using the "Physician" prompt and someone picked up, put me on hold, then hung up on me. 7 times!

I had to submit a urine sample, and had to sit for 45 minutes while the office was completely empty. In that time 4 other clients without appointments came and went.Wow!!!
