Its too bad that more often than not, its the few people that have a negative experience that will take the time to write a review, but I guess that is human nature. I want to break that trend when possible and this lab has made that easy for me. I have to go here every six months for blood work for my cardiologist to keep track of my cholesterol, so I have had many experiences over the last five years since I had a heart attack. This is always one of the easiest and most reliable medical offices that I go to. They never make me wait more than a couple minutes before taking care of me. I always make an appointment online and its easy when you sign up for an account and return often because they save all your information and I can make an appointment easily in just a couple minutes. I am a software engineer, and I test web pages for a living and theirs are well done, intuitive and easy to use. My most recent visit, I didnt remember to bring my paperwork from my doctor and the lab technician Paula took the time while I was still in the chair to call both my regular doctor and my cardiologist to make sure I got all the tests that I needed. Paula didnt have to do that and could have sent me to get my own paperwork in order, but she went out of her way to give me great service. I was totally grateful for her care. This was and is always a pleasant place to visit despite the fact that I really hate to have my blood drawn. But at least here they have really good professionals that make it easier.....

This clinic wont talk to you on the phone unless youre a doctor. They insist that you, as the patient, have to show up on their doorstep before they speak to you. So if you have a question regarding anything, they simply wont talk to you. Theres no option to talk to a real person if you call them. So messed up.

I did not have an appointment, arrived at 7 am, several people were ahead of me but I was finished by 7:20 am. Very efficient, nice professionals.

Horrible web site, understaffed, difficult to make ant appointment. They expect you to take the day off of work to have blood drawn
