Always remember to print out your lab slip before you go, because apparently they dont have emails or printers to receive and print documents. Dont think that theyll be considerate and help you out despite knowing that youve been fasting for 10+ hours and waited for their service over an hour yet theyll still send you away just to get your hard copy and make you wait again when youre back.

Todays experience was like my previous 3, annual visits: cordial, professional, and expedient. Todays lab tech was downright polite and jovial. He explained everything clearly, and, after I mentioned that needles make me nervous, he even took care to distract me with conversation during the blood-extraction process.

3 things Ive achieved in this quest facility: 1: Be patient! 2: 15 mins to log in your insurance info is necessary. 3: One of your arm does not have blood . They need to really hurt your arm and try another one to see if you have blood to draw. I wish I could give 0 start. Really awful place and bad experience.

Shane is great. My very young kids are comfortable with him and his approach to needles. He is knowledgeable with paperwork process and actively looked for ways to help when I had insurance complications
