Horrible location! Went there Monday morning on July 18th. Was sent here by my doctor to take a blood test. Small facility with one lady working at the front and as a person who takes the samples. Did not even look up when people walked in and barely nodded to say hello. Seriously did not say a single word for the two hours I was there and just looked pist off the whole entire time. I will not trust this person to even touch my hand not to mention take my blood. Kept taking breaks. It was sad to watch all the older people in the room who have been there for hours and have not been even looked at. For such a huge company, they should take time to staff accordingly and put people who actually care to work there. Will definitely not be going back to that location ever again.

I feel the need to respond to Jenyas review as I had a different experience. The first time I went I had to wait a long time too and was not happy about it seeing as I had an appointment. The next time I announced to the receptionist that I had an appointment and she pushed me to the front of the line. I did not have to wait at all. The problem is people drop in thinking that it is first come, first served. It is unless someone comes in with an appointment. They have a big sign at their desk that says get served quicker by making an appointment. And the website says that too. The fact people have to wait is really their own fault. Make an appointment and youll get first class service.

Unike one of these reviewers i didnt have to wait long at all. that is good. But the person who drew blood really, really hurt me. i have veins that are so easy to see, its a shoe in that when blood is taken, its quick and easy, and pain is minimal. After this woman took my blood, I actually bled more than usual, and then on top of that, my arm swelled up and was painful all night. In the morning it was better but the spot was black and blue for three days. Its a talent to take blood so that it doesnt hurt. And the last thing I want is to have someone take blood so that it swells up and hurts for a day afterwards. I mean, really. i wont be back to that one again.

I will definitely not be returning. The people that work at this lab are the rudest, most unprofessional in the medical field, that I have ever met. They definitely need a manager to re-train them. There is no customer service at this location. I literally sat in the lobby for 15 minutes while the 2 employees had conversations about Christmas and the schedule for the patients. It was unbelievable. I stared at them and they acted as if there was no one there. Mind you, I was the only one sitting in the lobby. I finally got up and left.

I highly recommend do not go this branch - this Ladi in front desk - she is totally rude and nasty attitude , they treat yo like garbage. As soon as she find out you different race she treat you very low and poor customer service - please do not go this. I hope thy close that branch and let her go ,,,,,,,

Horrible, Very rude people. Tech does not know even how to draw blood from infant (12 month old). We had to go in for 2 days and wait for 5 hours in total and still could not get the work done. Very badly managed. Horrible customer service. Avoid going here as much as you can.

There is one technician and it takes more than 10 minutes per person. Ive been here an hour and a half. 5 people before me when I arrived. Just ridiculous.

Excellent service! The ladies were extremely nice and very knowledgable, I was in and out in about 30 minutes today with absolutely no problem!
