The location has limited parking. Best time to go is usually around mid-day, very few people waiting. I recommend scheduling an appointment rather than just walking in. Staff are decent, reception staff can be a tad brusque though. Facility is usually well-maintained and clean, unfortunately there is no soap or hand towels in the restrooms so if you are doing a urine collection it can leave you feeling unsanitary.

They made us wait for 1hour and when we tried to ask what is taking so long , they were curt and rude .My mother was having heart problem.i asked why you so long they were very bad attuitted.my mother was upset and I also feel bad. I will never go there.

This is the worse place to.come and take a drug test.i was here over an hour .And the nurse asks the receptionist go take a break and when you come back well start call g them .she said thats 45 minutes . The nurse said spool. They can wait .

Ive been going here to get my lab work and havent had any issues as other reviews indicate. I agree with one of the reviews that going later is better. I usually go after 9 am and before 10 am and Ive only waited 15 minutes.
