Worst doctors i have seen till now, go to Kaiser only if you think you have normal health issues like cold, fever, physical check up...etc. Most of the doctors are just finished their education and joined in Kaiser, they are not experiences so they do all trail and errors. They are working only to make people to buy over the counter medicines or anti depression medications. They know to treat only standard health issues, if they dont know what is the problem then the first thing they try is anti depression medicines on you or send you to Psychiatrist and the screw your life once you start taking those medicines. Some of examples, i met ENT to with ear clogging issue and they clean ear wax and sent me home. I have nose and throat dryness and when i met ENT they say it is common problem in USA. I had chest pain once and went to emergency, after waiting for an hour finally they took me to inside and had EKG. Doctor came with report one hour later after taking EKG and said my EKG is fine and recommend me to meet PCP to know reason for chest pain - i didnt understand what the doctors think that whose responsibility to treat the patient reach out to them with some problem. In my case do they think that person should reach out emergency only when patient have heart attack? at least i thought they will put some effort to know what is the cause for chest pain. Two days later of this incident i took PCP appointment and Mr. PCP say anyway you dont have pain now so it is fine - i dont want to use any bad words here otherwise for the kind of treatments they are providing i feel like........................

I dont have Kaiser, but I was donating eggs, and this was the hospital my recipient used. I had to go in multiple times a week for several weeks for blood tests & ultrasounds. At the end of my donation cycle I received a bill for a Dr. visit (when all costs were covered by my recipients insurance) I called my surgery coordinator and they fixed it. But most of my appointments were at 8am, and Id have to wait til at least 8:30, because my Dr wasnt even there yet. (I live and work in the north bay so its very time consuming having to wait) My husband had to make a last min trip to Palo Alto to pick up medication that was needed that night. Everyone was really nice and accommodating, but I wasnt happy about the wasted time and getting billed, when I wasnt suppose to.

Good people, and great medicine. I have been a KP member for years. Fremont is a newer facility and the parking isnt as insane as in Santa Clara. One trick - you can park across the street in the shopping mall, there, and I dont feel guilty as I generally go to 24 Hour Fitness afterwards (or to the Counter for a burger). Go KP!

Outdated facility. Not a single tv in any patient waiting area works worth a damn. You would think kaiser was a publuc or charity hospital. Ooh wait, theyre a multi billion $ business. Why the hell do they have volunteers??

One stop health care system. Need a referral for everything. Not the most current methods. Place of choice for doctors that want to work 9 to 4 with no overhead.
