All of Quest has become worse once they bought out Muir Labs. Now there is no competition there is no service quality - imagine that! This location is the worst of the worst and Saturday morning is the pits. They make it as difficult as possible to find - no signage - presumably to discourage people who want service. Then they hope they will be able to close it after all serving the public costs money and more on a weekend! The other tactic is to understaff the locations so that the customers will cease to come because they have lives. Today there was one (1) phlobotomist and one med student on the desk. Wait times easily exceeded an hour even appts were 30 mins late. The door was mysterious locked from the inside from 8:10 to 8:35 so there was a queue in the parking lot to prime the waiting pump. I would like to suggest going somewhere else, but if you have to do it on a Saturday, what choices do you have? Somewhere some fat-cat investor is rubbing their hands as they burn another wad of cash... Quest Diagnostics is American healthcare in a nutshell, profits before service, monopoly before competition, shareholders before patients.

If I could give it zero stars I would!!! Ive been sitting here for 50 minutes now... and this whole time about 2 people have been called to the back. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?! The rude lazy women at the desk dont even acknowledge you either. Ive had better experiences at the DMV for god sake. Will try to avoid this location in the future. What an absolute waste of my time.

I have been to other Quest centers, we always have had an good experience, but at this Walnutcreek center it has always been a bad experience, it looks like the technician who draws blood is not very skilled, it hurts badly. I would prefer to go to pleasanthill or concord Quest centers.
