Wish I could give negative stars The receptionist (white girl - Monique/Anabelle?? - dont remember her name) was very rude and almost shouting/yelling - Firstly she was busy chatting with another employee even when I was waiting in queue in front of her. I had already signed up on the Sign up sheet but didnt see there was a separate column to fill Appointment time. Then she had a very bad/racist/condescending attitude when telling me "You need to fill appointment time on signup sheet!" - She could have been courteous/polite for patients who are new. I saw others filling in a form so asked her if there is something to fill - again the same condescending attitude - She handed me the form and as I started filling it - She was almost yelling repeatedly" YOU NEED TO SIT DOWN AND FILL THE FORM - YOU NEED TO SIT DOWN AND FILL THE FORM. WE HAVE PATIENT PRIVACY CONCERNS" - Agreed she was worried about patient privacy, but she needs to be polite/courteous towards Patients and can say the same thing in a polite manner. Quest Diagnostic Owners Please Note: We are giving Quest Business- Not the other way around. The person drawing blood (older asian gentleman) was very polite and courteous on the other hand. I had the MOST DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE with the RUDE/RACIST/IMPOLITE service from your Front Desk Receptionist. PLEASE FIRE HER - SHE doesnt seem happy working at Quest and also makes Quests customers UNHAPPY and UPSET with her rude/racist attitude THIS IS REALLY REALLY BAD FOR QUEST BUSINESS.

Horrible service. Agree with other reviews. Front desk seriously have some attitude issue. I went for my appoitment and she asked me for insurance card. I said I have digital card and not physical and I am registered on MyQuest from last three year. She said it is not acceptable although I have used digital card in other quest location. I told her I can email her card but she gave me reason about privacy even though they take physical print of card and let us write all our personal info on piece of paper which is less secure. I could also see print and scanner machine right in front of me. I was fasting and I had to spend another 45 minute to get same physical card. I am not sure in this digital world how this location is surviving. Not a good experience I was expecting from such a big company.

Worst is the word which I can choose for this place ... Here are the reasons :- 1. The front desk receptionist has some serious attitude issues which needs to be sorted and she needs some training on how to handle the customers who are patients. 2. My wife went for Glucose Tolerance test which requires blood to be drawn 4 times in the span of 3 hours. The person who was drawin the blood wasnt aware of which time she was taking it and she was about to to paste a wrong label on the sample , luckily my wife noticed and got it corrected . 3. Appointment is big joke here - read other reviews u will understand why?? 4. Neatness / cleanliness is good since it is near to the place where I live I prefer to go here. If possible just avoid and pick any other location.

Yes, this place can be a nightmare. BUT, if you do the following, youll get in and out quickly. First, make an appointment. Then arrive 5 minutes early. Allow time for finding and parking, see the photo below. Find Staples, then to the right of it is an Italian restaurant, then Quest Diagnostics is to the right of that, behind the restaurant. When you arrive, dont talk until you have signed in, then let them know you have an appointment. Dont give them any attitude and they wont give you any attitude. Be nice, even sweet if you can manage it. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes for a blood draw, everyone in the waiting room was shocked, "Who is this guy??" Good luck!

receptionist (Tracy) was very bad behavior. I have appointment at 9:15 AM. When I walk ed into the door is 9:16 AM but the clock in the room showed 9:19 AM (3 minutes earlier than cell phone clock), She said " I am late for my appointment so she cancelled my appointment I asked her why she cancelled my appointment? she said if I have appoint with Quest I have to show up to the office before the appointment time no accept for late appointment time even 1 minute. She was so very bad person I ever seen. In the office it was not post for the limit late time for appointment.

Avoid this place if you can. The walk in is a joke here. You just keep waiting forever. Was here for biometric screening from employer. Got late by 15 mins for the appointment, waited for 45 mins and asked the front desk lady when would be my turn to get it done. she said i might have to keep waiting till there was an empty slot.The front desk lady was rude and was not considerate. I was trying to talk to her and she suddenly starts ignoring me and starts talking to another patient behind me as though to histle me out. Bad customer service. I am not going back here.

Cant even driscribe how horrible this place actually is. Especially the front desk staff is extremely rude. Then there are only a handful of people waiting but they say the wait is at least an hour and half if not more. They move 1 patient every 15 mins. I am not kidding - 1 patient in 25 to 30 mins each!!! I take my mother to quest diagnostics on a regular basis (monthly) in Fremont. This time thought of trying this place. Experiences at Quest places has not been the best, it has never been this bad. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!!

Very disappointing experience. I dont usually leave reviews on Goggle but this time I have to do so. I went there for a pre-employment drug test earlier this week and the experience was so bad. Not all of the staff there were familiar enough with the process. Some staff were really slow and seemed never done a pre-employment test before. It took me 2 hours+ to finish the test. Staff were not friendly either. Definitely not recommended.

Very bad. never use this lab in milpitas. last time I went there and had some question before my blood sample they told me to keep queit. strange. This old lady was there and she took my blood sample and after a day I see my whole arm got big red patch. it has been 5 days the patch has turn blue now. I showed to my doctor he said it will go away but will take time. the lady who took your blood sample did not do good job.

I showed up 5 min after opening and was 5th on the signin sheet. Over an hour later and Im still waiting wouldnt be so bad but they have 2 people working and one has made everyone wait while she collects paperwork. From a now overflowing waiting room. They didnt even pull first person into the back for a half hour after they opened.

Horrible experience. The lady at front desk is pretty rude, waiting in reception area feels like you are waiting in a interrogation room. Patients come in for their appointment, get to the reception, and are dealt with in curt and rude manner by the lady at front desk.

I would have given it a zero if I could. It an extremely bad place to go. You would have to wait for a long time even if you have an appointment . The lady at the reception is a highly rude and disagreeable person and doesnt have any consideration for the patients.
