While the personnel working at the lab were excellent, I am giving this lab 1 star because I cant post a review without at least one. On the 20th of this month myself and my twin grand children went to this lab for a blood test. Today is the 29th. This lab makes it impossible to call them directly. After repeated calls to my doctor and the twins doctor I was told today that the labs "machine" is broken and they will have to send the samples to another lab. I am new to Blue Shield, as I have had Kaiser for the past 13 years. To say that I am stunned at the lack of professionalism with this lab is an understatement.
