I brought my eight year old her and was blow away by the lack of knowledge the staff had. They fish hooked my daughter which is a no no. I had a bad feeling from the start that the staff had little experience. I wasted my time a traumatized my daughter for nothing because ultimately they could not find a vein in the one arm they tried in they gave little to no effort bad service all around.

Took for ever to get my results and tried to charge me after 60 days to get my results. Failed to inform me that, in all circumstances and in accordance with HIPAA requirements patients should receive your results from us no later than 30 days from the date of your request. To crown it all, tried to make me pay 200 USD (20% of the blood test) while my health insurance fully covered it.
