If I could post a video of the truly Appalling customer care here... I would. I heard about the terrible treatment from my father so, I decided to tag along and go with him to see how my Dad was being treated. Im am horrified by all the women this morning at the front desk. They yell at every patient that cannot hear what window to proceed to and dont dare ask questions because youll get a dirty look and a rude response. I think someone needs to clue them in on how to conduct themselves professionally in a MEDICAL CLINIC WHERE KINDNESS AND CARE ARE REQUIRED. People have medical needs where they are vulnerable and already uncomfortable. What do they think that place is!? A clothing store? Burger King has better customer service than that medical clinic! And thats sad. What, just because people cannot afford private insurance they are inferior? Because the way the women at the front desk were presenting themselves was not professional nor acceptable. If they cant do their job and treat people with respect which is required in that line of work then they need to find employment else where. I will be pursuing this matter because I am not happy about the treatment my father received and how I seen them treat not only everyone else but the elderly. That is just sad and despicable!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves! Sometimes a Job is not just a paycheck especially in a medical facility!

I just had the most unprofessional, rude, and sarcastic conversation on the phone I have ever had at a professional establishment. I had called this clinic a week ago and left a message for my childrens doctor. (I am not currently in CA) I recognized that the number was most likely the doctors office, and when I answered, she asked for my ex-husbands wife. I replied with my name, asked if this was regarding _____&_____, and that I was their mother. Thats when she became incredibly rude. I then asked for her name and where she was calling from. (No, she had still not introduced herself) She refused to tell me even what business she was representing. She just repeated through the whole conversation that this was a confidentiality issue. The conversation went no where, and she continued to get more and more sarcastic. I was then told that their dad would have to call and say it was ok to speak to me. If its a confidentiality issue, couldnt I have had just anyone call? They are my children and I know all of their information. I did have him call. He was told right away that it says clearly in the file who I am. This encounter was incredibly upsetting as a mother. This is a person representing a professional, my kids doctor. My experience was not speaking with a courteous and helpful doctors office, but more a hostile and inconsiderate child.

They only care about money. Customer service isnt even on their radar. Once I was finally able to get my son in for shots, the power went out. So we were sent home and told I could come back the next day as a walk in. I said. Then the nurse said she could just schedule an actual appointment for 2 days away at 10. I said fine. She brings me an appointment card and I put it in my purse. The day comes and were dressed and ready to go at 920 and I pull out the card and see it was scheduled for 9. I was going based on the agreed upon time so we were late. They didnt care about the mix up and told me they could see me in an hour. If even that, "no guarantees". Ive had nothing but problems with this place since we moved here a year ago and Ive tried getting my kids in for check ups and immunizations. This place is ridiculously disappointing and Im never bringing my kids here again.

If I coukd give this place zero stars I would do it twice. I am pretty amazed that they can schedule you an appointment and still not see you for over an hour. Also they are rude, had all my kids with me and a PA rudely told me that some of them had to stay out. I get it but they way she said it was rude as hell. Then I asked why it took so long and this asshat says, Ill let my doctor know you have a problem with it. I would rather die in a Rideout Hospital bed than come here. I would rather mix mercury from my thermostat in my coffee every morning. I would rather be forced to eat white dog poop by a gang of middle schoolers. This place SUCKS. Whiskey and Duct Tape provide better health care than The Peach Tree Clinic.

Here I go again...... Best services back in 2010,2014,2015.Present time I dont know who manages this Establishment. Who ever does must know that Managing means: Making Sure that the services they advertised are met to a Higher Standard. Because guess what???? The ruder you are with your patients the more patients Ampla Health and other clinics are going to have. Most important;The staff such as Doctors and Nurses will leave and find better opportunities somewhere else. Best Doctors: #Penny Larson and # Abordo.

Very frustrated. My family ends up going without needed medicine for many days because they will not get back to the pharmacy with approved refill and don"t bother to contact you. Also when you set an appointment, as complained about before, they do not tell you what the location of your appointment is. Although the care has been decent overall, trying to STAY healthy between visits is virtually impossible.

When we arrived, we were told that we were at the wrong clinic. I scheduled the appointment for Yuba City because I live closer and they sent us to Linda. The appointment took two and half hours for an initial physical for my teenager. The doctor took a week to get the paperwork we required back. This place is terrible.

Its often behind schedule. And they often dismissed issues when you bring them up during the visit with the clinic. To try to get care through referral system is terrible. Theres often no follow-through and there is often a lack of professionalism at this Clinic. Its really sad when basic care has come to this

My girlfriend was given a date to see the dr. and when she showed they told her she was at the wrong place. never once was she told there was another office in another city she uses the bus and this was a waste of her time not to mention the fare to bus it. worst service and receptionists I have ever seen.

I see her regular and she is always professional and goes theextra mile. And she is right in that sexually active teens should use birth control. Most teens cannot afford to pay for a child.e. She has kept me going thru some rough medical issues and I would be in sad shape if not for her.

As for the pediatric department the dr. Is great but the receptionist doesnt return calls to make appointments they must have too many patients so if your childs health cant wait a month to get a call back for an appointment then go elsewhere i had to.

The doctors out here are a bunch of morons and so are the receptionists. They sent me a bill for someone else and said I still had to pay for it. Bull crap. I am not paying for anything that isnt mine.
