All I wanted was to talk to someone LIVE, because I wanted to know if they would be open on Monday, since it as Presidents Day. I could not get anyone at all to talk to me. Everything was automated. I have been in there for tests before. The service was always good, which is why I am giving it a 2, not a complete 5.

You can enjoy the endless loop of recordings and never successfully get their fax number (nor any actual human to ask), which my Sutter physician says I must ferret out myself and provide to them before theyll fax the lab orders - because even they cant find it!
