This place is closer to my house and its conveniently located near the freeway. I love this location because its not overly crowded at the lab. I had few incidents where I had to wait for my doctor and pediatricians for over an hour even though we had an appointment. I hate when we have to wait that long. My gyno went on vacation and her assistant had an emergency and they forgot to inform me to reschedule. I kept waiting after checking in. And when I inquired they said shes running late. After waiting for 45 minutes with a big belly I got frustrated. Then the receptionist said oh your doctor is not there and we have to reschedule to another date. I must have got my dates mixed up. I was furious so they ended up letting me see another gyno for the day. They expect people to take time off, sit there and wait and inform at the end that it was the patient fault. Behavior like that is totally not acceptable by the health care industry.

I LOVE Kaiser Permanente however was EXTREMELY disappointed with the service Id received while over the phone today with Grace. Her rude attitude and poor customer service "skills" are truly upsetting. Maybe a class on proper phone etiquette? Ill be sure to ask for someone other than Grace next time I need to call.

Dr. Meier was very patient with me. Listened to my problem and explained the treatment plan very thoroughly, took his time did not rush at all. Thanks to the staff as well.
