Ive seen Dr. Nichols for a few years now. Hes a nice enough person but not the greatest physician. It seems like some doctors are passionate about their chosen profession and seem to really care about helping people. Other doctors can be very mediocre and go though the motions everyday but really take no interest beyond the bare minimum required to seem polite. I think Dr. Nichols is in the later category. I always walk away from appointments feeling like I havent been listened to and feeling like I wasted my time and money. I havent received any helpful advice, solutions or prescriptions for the small number of minor health issues Ive had. I have "toughed out" problems until theyve mended themselves or with help from information I obtained from various websites. Im currently trying to get a call back from the doctor or a medical assistant but Im not planning on receiving one. Returning calls does not seem to be a strong suite for this office. Im try to be very rational in my evaluation. Im sure plenty of wonderful, competent people work in Dr. Nichols office and Im sue Dr. Nichols is qualified. I, however, have experienced "health non-care" as opposed to the healthcare I pay for and hope to receive. I will be looking for a new doctor.

If I could give him 0 stars I would. My Grandma was diagnosed by an ER doctor with brain cancer. After speaking to an oncologist, he reviewed Xrays done by Nichols 7 months ago that showed LUNG CANCER. Nichols never said anything!! So 7 months went by and the cancer spread to her brain. This is unbelievable. Our family is heartbroken!!!
