This place is something else I have been going here for about 5 months or so switching from one health plan to another. Thinking this place was good at first my Doc Jessica was great I thought yes finally someone who cares did a whole bunch of test she can not figure out what wrong with me it got so bad that I was telling her what test to do still she could not help giving me pills was her remedy. At one point she gave me to pills that when I got to Walmart to retrieve my meds the Pharmacist said I can not give you these meds and my husband and I said why she said your Doc should had never prescribed these meds toghther they proactive a chemical balance to make you be un normal and cause you to feel animals crawling in your skin immediately I said I dont want any meds and got a record of what has been given to me by her. Now Ive had to major surgeries with tumors removed. Still having the same problems I came to her for and she has not been a help or even refered me to someone to help I requested a full body scan her assistant calls and says " Jessica says if you are unsatisfied with her that Im more than welcome to choose another Doc " what a looser this person is how can she do this I pay 550 dollares in insurance she has a job because people like us that have private insurance and she wants to brush me off because she cant figure out what wrong with my health ? Im telling her something is wrong and she wants to wash her hands . thats not what Doc used to be Doc cared about their patients before .She is as young as my oldest daughter she has no experience what so ever in her career let alone in life. I will never recommend anyone here. And Ill be looking for a new Doc as well.

We have been going to Natomas Family Practice for 2 years now and have walked away completely impressed with each visit. This is the first time we have ever been satisfied, to this degree with a practice, and can state ourselves as being loyal patients. Its exactly the empathetic, kind, gentle, honest care that my husband, son, and myself have all experienced, and have been looking for! Jessica Sawyer, PA - our first encounter - an awesome first impression to have with her easy to talk to/comforting approach, which we felt immediately even during a tense situation (with a very squirmy, screaming, angry, intolerant 3yr old). We enjoyed our conversation and her willingness to take her time in making sure our questions were answered thoroughly despite the screaming toddler. Michael Louie, PA easily gained our trust with his empathetic listening and asking all the right questions to get to the bottom of things. Both my husband and I have been seen by him and his care inspires a confidence - no doubt that youre being well take care of. More recently I was seen by Dr. Patrick Lau, MD and i was again amazed at having the same experience yet a 4th time. i cant say it enough - Caring, thorough, gentle, peace of mind... are just some of the words to describe the experience. When youre down and out or need fixing you just want to feel fixed and these doctors know how to accomplish that. Thank you all at Natomas Family Practice for what you do. I have and will continue to spread the word to anyone about the care we receive here! - The Henry Family

I had the best experience with dr Hwang and the rest of his staff. Ive been seeing him for over 10 years. I have been total confidence in his care. I also rated him on Yelp and it seems like his clinic has almost 60 reviews. 4/5 stars! Thats amazing. Its Lower here on google so Im wondering if the reviews are posted by the same disgruntled Person or related family member . Seems like the reviews are fishy since they were posted several days apart and it seems to have been written by the person. Nfp, report them for abuse!!!!! You guys do so much good and then to let these guys lie about you. It makes me angry! wish people couldnt abuse others on the net without showing their faces!

Dr Lau is professional and personable, as is the PA, Jessica Sawyer. The office staff is generally friendly enough. However they just hired a new administrator who limited appointments for River City Medical Group patients to just the first couple slots of the day. When I wrote a letter asking whether Dr Lau himself was aware of this new policy (which probably violates their contract), we got a letter back with Dr Laus name, but not his signature, on it, cancelling our daughters upcoming appointment and dismissing her from the practice effective just a few weeks from now. I question whether Dr Lau is aware of what his new administrator is doing.

My family has been going to this office for a few years now. Currently treating with PA Michael, he is so compassionate and always takes time to sit and listen to health concerns without making you feel rushed. Michael is very thorough with exam and always follows through with referrals, tests, medication or whatever is needed to help your health. I am very happy with my care. The office staff is always friendly and helpful.

Dr. Hwang is by far the best doctor my family and I have ever had. Hes attentive, compassionate, and very proactive. My husband and 3 of our 5 children come here Ive also seen Michael Louie and Jessica several times and Ive been pleased with them, as well.
