Was refused service as a kaiser Permanente member because injury did not occur during a sport, and is not preventing a return to a sport AT THIS MOMENT. If kaiser would have done a proper diagnosis years ago, instead of muscle strain i would still be active in sports. Even though it was not just sports players that funded kaiser Permanente to build this facility!
