I had called to make an appt. They are nooked until september which is fine. then I ask if my son is a patient of record. Then tells me I have to call me insurance. okay so I ask one more time can you please check your file. she says right away no hes not then asked me for his name one more time. The attitute she was giving was very rude. she did not bother to greet as well. Lack of customer service. even if we are not patient of record I would jot want to come here

I was waiting at the clinic to see the doctor from 8am.....and finally they called me in at 3pm...and the doctor doesnt even know whats his doing!!!!!!! I just had to get a form signed and the doctor was being rude was saying he doesnt have time for all this....well his the doctor its his job....it such a pathetic clinic!!!!! Oh and he also charged $100.00 just to sign a form

The older male doctor is terrible and does not know what he is doing. The female Pa however is awsome she is very nice, compassionate and helpful. Highly recomendation the Pa. Id give the doctor 1 star and the PA 5 stars.
