Dr Hwang is so awesome I seen him for the first time and spent an hour with me I fell down a flight of concrete stairs and have 9 herniated discs and I am in so much pain that I have lost 235lbs from migraines and general pain and the Dr Ive have is more interested in drug testing me then trying to find a way to help me, I had given up hope and decided this is how the rest of my life is going to be!!! But when I met Dr Hwang he restored faith that there is HOPE he is so awesome I cant wait to see him again. I dread my appointments with my current Dr and I have to see her every month she has accused me of missing appointments and I have never even been late she has accused me of testing positive for a drug that I have never taken in my life so now I have to go to a Quest to do another drug test for the drug Ive never taken plus shes running a test for alcohol I dont drink so what if I did have alcohol I know the meds I take I have enough sense not to drink but I am 60yrs old and thats how she is breaking me down. The 1hr Dr Hwang spent with me has given me HOPE and a Reason to Live again cause I had really given up and I really mean I was losing my will to live,Dr Hwang is a Diamond

In 2005 I needed to change medical groups because of a job change. I made the best decision coming to Natomas Family Practice. This office has been the best for me and my family. The physicians and PA clearly demonstrate their expertise with compassion for the patient. The office staff are very kind, helpful, and thorough. The office is clean and organized. I have such a quick turn around time with this office. They are on it. Good job Natomas Family Practice!

The office staff is unpleasant and rude. They have no basic knowledge. They never follow up if you ask them of something. Looks like they are always lost. You have to call the office several times if you need a simple blood report results.The office phone number beeps as a busy tone when I tried calling to make an appointment, I mean what an outdated system they must be using. I would give them 0 star.

Overall I had a great experience. I was recently diagnosed with type 11 diabetes which I did not know much about. Dr Hwang was able to explain to me the basics. He gave me meds, referred me to an eye doctor and talked to me extendible about diet and exercise. Now 1 year later, my Aic is back down to normal and I feel great. All with the help and caring if dr Hwang. I love him and his staff to death!!!
