I first visited Doctors Orders because of what I read in online reviews, so its only fair that I review them myself. Reviews had led me to understand that this co-op had a large selection of waxes, and I recently made the decision to move away from smoke (to that end, I am also transitioning to e-cigarettes... slowly). The co-op I had been going to had a very very small selection of waxes and edibles. The location is fairly convenient, only a few minutes off the freeway. Parking is limited and the parking lot tight; they usually have an employee there to help direct traffic. The space is nice. The lobby is a bit small considering the popularity of the place, but the furniture is comfortable and the wait isnt usually long. The inner sanctum, if you will, is a large space with four or five employees, each dedicated to one customer. The room is bright and the music is loud, but somehow it isnt off-putting once youre actually in there. I believe the reason for this is the employees. All of the employees Ive interacted with have been wonderful, at all staffing levels. Everyone is cheerful, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. On the recommendation of one woman, I bought the vaporizer I have now, which is leaps and bounds better than the one I picked out for myself! An example of their stellar customer service would be todays incident: I bought an edible that had something wrong with it. I went back a couple hours after I bought it. Ill admit, the problem was visually obvious, which didnt hurt the matter, but I give them the benefit of the doubt that I would have gotten the same treatment no matter what. I was whisked ahead of a waiting throng, handed straight to a manager, and the first (non-social noise) thing out of his mouth was "Would you like a refund or exchange?" *That* is just what a customer wants to hear! I happily went home with a replacement item. Oh and on the way? I spoke with another employee who is friends with the vendor that made the item and I was reassured that the problem was unlikely to recur. As for what drew me there in the first place, they DO have an amazing selection of waxes! EDIT 06.29.16 I noticed a number of poor reviews recently, so I thought I should say that I still love this collective. The bud-tenders are friendly and knowledgeable, the selection of buds, waxes, and edibles are all fantastic. Since the time of the original review, Ive gone back to buds. I often buy the bargain buds. I think Ive only bought top-shelf once and in general think they arent any better than the standard priced buds, and that the cheap ones arent any worse. Pricing has more to do with supply and demand than anything else. Tldr: I still think this collective is awesome.

I been here several times every time I was happy but 1 bad time makes me never ever wanna go back it doesnt matter if some 1 spends 1000 dollars or 10 dollars dont sell some 1 weed with seeds if u do at least make a note of it an say it has it that way the customer if he doesnt like seeds doesnt have to purchase them I purchased a qtr 70 bucks to find seeds I asked if I could return it soon as I walked to the car an drove off they said no I would never have purchased this garbage if I knew it had seeds they try to copy collective efforts hard an the guys said the village extract was garbage well that garbage seemed to b better then anything they had lol an the worker tried to say a negative comment about that artist like who r u lol people dont waist your time or money here the staff is a bunch of hipsters not anybody who has grown or anything in there life people there clones look half dead dont please dont spend a penny here u will I promise regret it.

I would say definitley one of the better collective efforts I have seen. Definitley have something for everyones budget all prices have tax included as well. Great selection of edibles concentrates, basic flower, and clones. Would give 5 star but the fact is that they dont accept c/c and you have to use there high price atm, and the lack of security, no metal detectors over all pretty good in my book.One of My favorite employess was a reindeer during holiday season. All employess there are knowledgable and helpful from coming in to knowing exactly want you want or they will sit there forever letting you smell each jar and not rushing you. Even if the waiting room is packed. Best selection of flowers and prices and pretty nice dab selection stations as well. Thanks you guys rock . :)

The prices are better than average, Top Shelf stuff is $45 8ths, as opposed to 50-60 at most other places. Concentrate selection is almost as good as Collective Efforts, but the prices are $5-$10 higher on average, but you can get lucky a lot of the time. My favorite buds they (ALWAYS) have is the Purple Durban Poison. Its a Durban x Purp sativa hybrid, gets you lit, tastes great, but still allows you to get done what you need to do. Im about to head there right now and grab some as a matter of fact, see you there! Oh yeah, the budtenders are all extremely helpful, and, like most dispensaries, the female bud tenders are as fun to look at as the buds themselves. But dont be a douche and try hitting on them while people are waiting for their mediation, thats just tacky. =)

Went Friday and Saturday no problem. Go back on Sunday and I they wont let me in cause Im pregnant. I was pregnant on Friday and Saturday too wth. The guy at the door saw me the last two times then act as if he didnt . told me I must of had something else on . duh its a new day I changed clothes . my point is on 34 weeks pregnant you cant miss this stomach. Then the lady in the back asked me how far along am I and I told her she did not once send me away. Total bs. Thats why I go to cana care they feed my pregnant ass Ice cream and doughnuts lol. Its nobodys right to tell someone no cause there pregnant .

Went here my first time ever going to a dispensary and they treated me extremely well and made me excited to come back again. Very professional, pleasant staff, and they have -very- good stuff. This is the only place Ive gone so far, but they came highly recommended to me when I got my prescription, and I can definitely see why now that Ive gone. Also, I highly doubt their prices could be beat. Very good stuff and it doesnt hurt the wallet to try out a few different kinds.

Professional Oil

All the top shelf buds are moldy due to the metal sealed cans they put the medicine into. The last 5 containers of top self meds I got all had horrible taste, mold and one had signs of mite infestation + webs under my 40x microscope. I live quite a distance away and am not putting up with this BS anymore. Ive been frequenting this place and the top shelf med quality is inconsistent and has gone waaaay down over the last 3 years. They just lost a longtime client.
