Perhaps it depends on why you are there and at what time of the day. I went there yesterday (Wednesday) at 7 a.m. for a hernia operation.The receptionist was indeed alone, but she invited me right away to complete some paperwork. After that I waited in the lobby for five or six minutes before I was admitted inside to prepare for surgery. It was the nicest hospital Ive ever been in. One of the nurses told me the building is five years old, but everything looked brand new. The staff was very professional, cheerful and helpful. It was like being in a five-star hotel!

The 2nd worst hospital Ive been to in 64 years. The worse one I was in was a 2 or 3 room hospital near San Blas, Mx. This hospital doesnt know the right hand from the left hand. The doctors I have seen are horrible. The Dignity Health system is abysmal. God bless the people that will pass through their doors!
