This clinic has the worst staff ever! So unprofessional and not helpful at all.. i tried to get my 18 yrs old daughter to be seen because she was sick. the lady at front desk denied us from the very start. She said because I didnt bring her member ID card, that I only have the white California beneficial card. I told her i never had a problem being seen anywhere else with just the "California white beneficial card." So i called my insurance right there at the clinic and they were ok with speaking to her for eligibility purposes but said she will call them on her office phone. She said that was the policy that they can only speak to insurance on their office phone. Then she was on the the phone with insurance for 30 mins+ not getting no where with checking eligibility. I worked in the medical field myself why is it such a hassle with checking insurance? Cant she just go online to check eligibility with their own log-in?? Then I heard she gave wrong information to the insurance so they couldnt find my daughter information in the system. I tried to correct her she gave me a bad attitude saying she wont be able see my daughter because couldnt confirm eligibility and there is nothing she can do, that she tried her best. then I said no she didnt, that she suck! I told her she is not helpful.. then she got upset and she wouldnt even let me talk but was the one that talked over me. Then she rudely said, you shouldve bring the ID Card with you in the first place, this white medical card isnt gonna cut it...I cant believed a professional looking medical clinic can have such poor staff that is so unprofessional!! Highly unrecommended....!!!!!

Omega Relay

Physical almost took 3 hours,they messed up my hearing test I took. the nurse had the volume maxed out and nearly blew my ear drums. Felt like the nurse was done for the day and ready to go home given her attitude twards me (and I was being extremly polit). Xray doctor stated he had to go home and in a new world record did my x-rays in less the a minute. Everyone there ignored me after the xrays, 25min pass I asked wheres the nurse helping me......"shes currently helping another paitent". After 2hrs and 40min my physical is done, another nurse (much nicer) says all I have to do is wait for the Doctor to review my results, wait will be about 2hours........I asked to schedule something for the following day. She said call early to speak with him. I called, they say hes booked for the next month and said he will call me within the day to follow up. Still (3 days later) I wait. I NEED THIS TO BE FINALIZED FOR MY JOB! Didnt even finish the physical and they already dumped me in the trash can with the rest of the people that wrote a review here

Frustrating Service, Hate to go again. Today i went for Drug Screening. They took One hour and 45 minutes. Who can hold piss for that long if he or she has already plenty of water. On the top of that, two people those came after me was called before me for same test. It is credulous. upon my complaints she said, by mistake papers got mixed. I have gone trough many times at different drug screening centers for employment purpose, i never ever have had such kind of terrible service in my life. If you have to have to go there and there is no other choice and there is not a single drug screening center left in entire USA. Expect more than 2 hours wait time and be alert for your turn otherwise you will stay till their closing time and other people will take your turn. One more thing, go without drinking water, take your headset and smartphone with a year Netflix subscription. All the best !!

I did externship here and it was the worst! Staff was so rude didnt want me to shadow them and the manager didnt ever want me to shadow her or me help her with anything always through me with someone else or brushed me off. Also, all the staff are Mexican so they always speek spanish in front of the of me and the patient to the other staff members. They expect you to know what to do and where everything is at from day one which is crazy. The Drs are amazingly nice!! but the other staff is ridiculous rude, no cusomer service its always crazy busy there so, If you like working overtime then thats the place to be but for me your not paying me so Im not staying! Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

No one can ever say they would love to a clinic for a pre-employment check-up, so that is why I rated this 4 stars. However, my overall experience at this facility has been positive. The front desk clerk greeted me the two different times that I had to be seen here with a smile and acknowledged that I was there. Most places dont give that common courtesy of customer service. The doctors and MAs were pleasant and thorough. Wait time was as expected for a walk-in clinic so I tried to get there when it opens at 7 AM so I could be out by 9 AMish. Worked out as expected.

Staff were all nice, MAs were polite, pleasant and thorough. Everyone Delivered the care in a professional manner! There was a little bit of wait but I think its all worth it! Im glad its all done and completed my physical and drug test in a timely manner! MD was super nice thorough and efficient, over all Iam happy and satisfied for the services rendered! I Definitely recommend this medical office for your future physical and drug test!!

The lady at the front desk didnt give me my Drivers license back before I left the office yesterday and when I called to see if I can come pick it up they couldnt find it!!! Great thats just what I needed after getting injured at work an unexpected trip to the DMV thanks U.S. HealthWorks. Will do my best to never go to that office again!

Everyone I met here was professional and provided great customer service. Theres a TV in the waiting room that displays your name in the queue. It took some time to see the doctor, but everything seemed efficient so I did not mind at all. Theres a Walgreens across the street so it made it easy to pick up the prescribed medication.

I waited 2 hours for them to read my TB results, which took .02 seconds. Once they noticed they had skipped me in their order of their SIGN IN patients they said, "You should have spoken up!" But really? Do you really want your patients to have to engage in a yelling match to decided who gets to see the doctor? No thanks.

Prepare to wait. It is a complete physical checkup - eye test, urine, etc.. Besides the 3 hrs wait, the staff is so nice and adorable. Anna was the nurse who helped me. They were very friendly and professional.

Nothing but bull came for a random and it took forever when I finally ask the told me I had to wait because other people have appointments and Im a walk in so there first but it had been 3 hours already
