I had a horrible experience at the midtown clinic. The staff that worked here was very un professional, rude, and un prepared to say the least. "Mrs Coleda or Coreda" was extremely rude and judgemental based off absolutely nothing. The floors were dirty and the exam rooms looked as if they hadnt been cleaned in months. They set appointments 3 weeks out for doctors that dont even work there anymore . With no courtesy call.Theres not even a real doctor working its only a MA practitioner who is ghetto and rude makes accusations and isnt willing to listen. (Nurse Coleda or coreda)2 seconds into her intering the room The nurse/practioner starts acting frustrated and tossing around accusations. Tells us we need to reschedule with a different doctor cause we asked her why she was being rude when we did nothing and said nothing wrong. A doctor /practioner should be informative and helpful and willing to help people . Not rude,full of attitude and acting like shes gonna get in your face, cause you disagree. Save yourself the time and if you want to be treated as a person regardless of your doctor assumptions dont go here. And if you do and get nurse (coreda coleda) RUN

I dont like being told one thing and then another. I gave this clinic 3 stars because Ingrid, womans specialist is great and some of the front staff as in Katie who is very knowledgeable and respectful. I wish I could have given this office more stars but I have had problems scheduling and being told wrong information. Heres a tip, -ALWAYS- write down who you spoke with and the date when speaking with anyone from this office in any department. Myself however, I have a recording device in which I record conversations and have made it fully aware that I have and will do so. I am not in the business of people losing their jobs but my health is important and should be treated as such. If you work for a company, you should know the rules and if not, you should plead the 5th until you either figure them out or ask someone else to help you. It is really sad because Ingrid was pretty much the -only- other professional physician there and I liked her conduct. I am no longer a patient here and I am hoping my new doctor is good. As for the low rating, it has nothing to do with Katie or Ingrid. The phones here are not always answered and I just couldnt deal with it any longer.

This is the most unprofessional doctors office I have EVER been to. I have no idea how they have a 3.9 rateing. They probably are on here rateing themselves or something. I had one decent appointment but since then it has been a nightmare. They dont deserve even 1 star. They told me that they where going to put in a referral for my newborn to see an ears, nose, and throat specialist for a sist on his neck and they told me someone will call me with an appointment for my baby no one called so I called there referral line and they told me that they had not put his referral in over 2 weeks later because they had failed to call me to let me know that I needed to put it under his insurance and not mine because newborns typically go under there mothers insurence the first month. And then I go in there to have it switched the receptionist tells me to come back then on Monday I come in while Im on the phone with the insurence agent and she tells me to leave because I cant be on the phone even if it is the insurance company

Florence Soba is a very fair and attentive Dr. Every request I have had she has made happen for me immediately. She listens to my concerns, actually touches me to see what it is Im describing and recommends the best option while answering any questions I have in detail and without the typical haste, what more could you want! Coming from wellspace hellspace to here was the best decision Ive made for my health. I usually dont wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. Her assistants are very friendly and welcoming. I have noticed someone who is disgruntled almost every time Ive come and I find it astounding considering the fact that they actually do their job here; send referrals immediately, answer their phones, schedule fast appointments. You guys might be expecting to much and with our limited options in sacramento under medi cal I think this has been the best option Ive experienced thus far.

The Nurses are excellent. They are extremely positive and in good moods which changes the whole experience of health clinics. The Doctors are there to help you through your health issues instead of just running through the motions and writing you a prescription. Also other corporate med clinics like kaiser never prescribe painkillers to me because of my age and gender. I have broken a total of 23 bones in my life have been in the ICU twice for a total of 10 days all from streetbike accidents and am in great pain when I walk due to having shattered my ankle and having 5 screws put in. Therefore I am no lying when I say Im in pain and Elica health centers doesnt discriminate, they treat all patients the same despite age and .gender. Excellent facility!

They refuse to provide referrals, make unnecessary appointments, very little mental health options. They refuse to refer to other providers if they dont offer the service themselves. They once tried to get me to go to three separate appointments to get a single employment physical done. Refused to treat during an appointment, said I had to make a new appointment for every treatment, even if it was just asking a question. Referred me to a social worker unqualified to treat my condition when I requested a psychiatrist. Happened two separate times over two years. This is not a medical provider, it is a scheme to bill your insurance as much as possible.

Horrible people. After going to midtown medical for almost a year, Dr. Kyaw refused to refill my prescription through my pharmacy even though it was two weeks late! Then, without warning and without ANY wrong-doing, outburst, or other justification, he told the receptionist to tell me he wouldnt treat me anymore. Because I had the nerve to ask for a refill that should have been called in two weeks earlier? What they did to me was cruel, disrespectful, and just-plain-wrong, any way you slice it, and I urge you to think twice before putting your health in their hands.

The Staff is rude, I cant call in for any reason without being placed on hold for 30 minutes until someone answers then placed back on hold and then hung up on. The staff wrote down wrong dates on my childrens immunizations and now because I live out of state I am having the hardest time reaching someone on the phone to get this corrected and the school is threatening to kick my child out. This clinic is horrible, the inside isnt clean you feel dirty when you walk into it your waiting forever for your appointments because they overbook. Do NOT waste your time here.

This is the worst place I have ever been too. We have boon trying to get a referral since October 3rd. Have been constantly lied to. Told to come back and when we get there told that we did not have to come in because everything could have been taken care of on the phone. Call back when asked too and then been told that nothing has been turned in. This place is a complete joke. I will now be looking into making complaints with the medical board. I have never dealt with such incompetence ever before.
