I have been to this location a few times when I was in high school for birth control, STD, etc., and I remember that the care and service there was bad. I was there this morning after my lab results came back that I was positive for Chlamydia. They have me fill the same forms out again that I had just filled out a week prior at one of their satellite clinics that was supposed to be faxed to this location prior to my appointment. I was waiting for at least 30 minutes before I saw the physician assistant. And I waited for another 30 minutes just to receive my zithromax medication to take in the office. I would never again go back to this Planned Parenthood location. I just cant believe how slow they were to treat a patient found positive for an STD/STI, it was just like no big deal to them. I dont like sitting in the office for a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes for an STD, I want to be treated and move on with my life, not deal with all this built up anxiety an loneliness. I can only imagine how long of a wait a person found positive for HIV/AIDS have to wait to see someone and discuss treatment. This clinic is disorganized and need some serious new management or something....

Please do not go to this clinic ! Period ! I took my wife in for Pap Smear and STD tests. They told us they would send us when the results came. We waited and waited. Finally we must go back for results. When we came back for results, we found out that they tested only Pap Smear, NOT for STD. So we must schedule an appointment again. Upon the appointment we waited in the waiting room for an hour and finally my wife blood was drawn. We have been waiting for them to call as they said. It has been a month nothing from them. We are nervous and would go the tomorrow for the result. This clinic has a highest rate of staff turn over. Every time I go the there is always new faces and under training. I am sicken of this place.

I walked in at 3:15 for a 3:20 appointment. Took 8-9 minutes JUST TO CHECK IN. Its now 4pm and Im still waiting to be called. Who knows how long Ill be here waiting. I might as well have come at 4 instead of rushing here to be on time. And the last time I was here, they were supposed to call to follow up on a prescription I needed but I havent heard anything. Please dont come here unless you have to. Get an OBGYN or a PCP. Service here is terrible and the staff care nothing about their patients.

I had a scheduled appointment at this location and I still waited hours to be seen. My appointment was at 12:00 and I wasnt seen until nearly 4:30. Several people went before me and I wasnt even acknowledged until I went up to the reception desk. Patient care is clearly not a priority.

This place has horrible service. I was supossible 15 mins late bt and my appt was at 8:30. I arrived around about8:35 and the it was my turn to sign it was like 8:45. So they did not take me in due to me being late when it was their lack of speed and for having only one receptionist.

Terrible service. People in there are not nice At all. I feel like if your in a situation and you have something to do they should be on your side an at least help you. I was crying in there and they were just rude. I would never go back.

Trying to verify my appointment after we had some issues. The call center is closed from 8:30am to 10:30am for a staff meeting. Its 11:00am and still no humans to be heard.
