This doctors office, has honestly been a nightmare, first off it takes several weeks to get an appointment. Then when You arrive make sure not to try and be friendly or make small talk, because they obviously arent paid enough, and its not part of their job description, Third You will never talk to a doctor but his assistant who acts as though she is offended you want to speak Witt him even though he is the one who signs off on your treatment. When asked to list my previous medications I was then told not to even ask for it, even though the only reason it was mentioned was cause u asked , All in all I feel worse than I do before I came in

Im starting to believe the Doctors in at this place dont know a thing. I came their to get a boot for my fractured ankle only to leave sad and confused about my diagnosis !! She made it seem like it is just a sprain. Yet the hospital sent me home with a splint and crunches. If i dont need them they should just let me know. Update: I was seen by Dr, Jenkins. All she did was confuse she didnt answer any of my questions. Gave me a print out from the hospital and a green slip with their number on it. Waste of time and not helpful.

Dont waste your time with immediate care here. You will never be seen around lunch time. It takes so long and they dont even have a number to their office. I literally had to leave this place because it simply took too long just to see the person at the front counter. Who wasnt available for 39 minutes around lunchtime. The call center tells you wrong information about the place. I have called 3 times on different days and the people at the call center totally contradict the personnel who actually work in the office.

If negative was an option I would give them a negative. This is the worst medical facility of all times. The staff and doctors lack skills to be in their professions. If you get seen here they fail to give correct medication and when you call them the wait is over 30 minutes and they never call you back instead they forward all calls to voicemail. This place should be shut down its a waste of our tax money to have this stupid place open.

I have been here twice within a 2week time. It was with my son who had cut his finger, and the Dr. who seen him was great. Made sure he had no reaction to antibiotics and gave him a tetanus shot. Out in 45 minutes. Went today saw the Dr. and she gave him RX for antibiotic and was out in about 30 minutes. Has no and I mean no smell of cat urine. Very clean place and very friendly. I give it a high rating.

I like the fact that they are right down the street from my house and I didnt have to wait long to be scene and their going to be my Primary care clinic starting next month.

Go early in the morning. The wait time was less than 15 minutes. PA gets you in and out.
