If I could give zero stars I would. I had to come here for a pre-employment physical. Appointment was scheduled for 10 and I wasnt seen by the physician until 11:37. I had to do a urine drug screen and I followed and older gentleman, the toilet was not cleaned not was the toilet seat down so I had to touch that as well as they had no where to safely lock my belongings. I also had to have blood work drawn by an MA and she inserted the needle like she was shooting darts. Im a registered nurse and Ive never seen blood drawn like this, ever! The only good thing I can say about this place is that everyone was very friendly. I would never come to or recommend this facility to anyone.

Called ahead of time to see how long the wait was they told me to go ahead and come in cause they werent busy. Ended up waiting over 2 hours til i got called in the back. They have like 1 staff that works in the back and 3 at the counter. Spent about over 3 hours total just for a physical. Chunky latina lady at the front desk was also rude when i asked a question. I havent been to the other offices but i WOULD NOT recommend this one!

Trying to call for 3 days to cancel and appointment for tomorrow Friday 3/31 at 11:00 for Christmas. Spencer. First two days it range busy at all times of day and today there is a voice message, however it is not working properly, so I could not leave this message to cancel the appointment. I hope you receive this message timely.

I just spoke with a woman named Yolanda who gave me an attitude on the phone, then hung up on me while I was thanking her for her help. It was completely unnecessary as I did nothing to deserve it. I dont appreciate associates who are rude to me on the phone when Im only calling to get some assistance.

Wish I could have given them less than one star, I came here for my Medical readiness appointment for my Army regular checkups and I do have busy secedule always being myself in health care field, they let you wait at least an hour before they even see you. Never go to this place

it says walk ins welcome.. but the day I went, their Xray tech was gone so I had to come again the next day! on top of that, the wait was long to do a simple physical examination..

I came here at 8am and constantly being told to wait in the lobby. I was just here to get a physical done. I didnt get to leave until 11:00am.

Drug test was voided because they took 2 hours to see me when only 3 people in the lobby
